Subway was so good. Josh was very helpful and friendly. His recommendations were delicious. I got an Italian herbs & cheese footlong with marinara sauce, shredded lettuce, provalone cheese, pickles, cucumbers, and a veggie patty on half. He recommended the veggie patty which wasn’t on the menu. Delicious! It was a little pricy; $50 for 3 people. But 2 of us took home enough leftovers for another meal.

Went to get me a sandwich and waited for 25 minutes. And the woman was doing everything she could to help and the boss was just cussing her out. I felt sorry for the woman and decided it wasn’t worth my wait would not got back. About 1:30 on sept 2, 2024.

The two gentlemen working Tuesday evening of 5-14-25 were very friendly & made our sandwiches perfectly. We enjoyed dining in and they checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Very nice place & atmosphere. Greeted us as soon as we walked in. We will definitely be back.

This had to be edited. Originally I gave 5 stars and a good review. Yesterday we ordered online. When we got the subs I ordered the number 7 Elite. I ordered extra cheese ranch and bacon. What I recieved was basically a vegetable sandwich. Had two tiny spits with chicken 1 strip of bacon and hardly any ranch. I called and politely told the manager what took place. She accused me of lieing and was nasty over the phone then accused my wife and son of messing with my sandwich which is impossible being I was in the car. Absolute terrible customer service and I got ripped off. They use to be great but this takes the cake! I may not go back to this location.

Food, there was absolutely no bread at lunch time in Erwin and her attitude was even worse- so yes, I drove 20 minutes away t go to a different subway and she was running the entire store herself and yes- they had bread!

We came here, this will be our third time and all of the associates are too busy talking to each other or the friends hanging out in the lobby. Also customers and associates are vaping in the restaurant which has a sign no vaping inside. I was really excited about there being a subway here in town but they need to get better associates that actually care about the food they are making than talking to everyone else. The second time we came in I never even got my sub even though I told her I needed it and I wasn’t charged but again too busy talking to the associate she was training.

I went there to get a sub and a chicken dipper. The two girls working there around 12-1pm were super nice and helpful. We even joked around a bit while they made my food. My food was great. These two need a raise! best service I’ve had at this subway yet!

The lady making the subs did not wash her hands or change her gloves before making our subs. She also put tomatoes with the core in the them on my sub, I asked her to replace them with better tomatoes, she threw the others off my sub backinto the other tomatoes, instead of throwing them away. Attitude ” the place also did not look clean. They should also have a clean prep, food table.
