They seem to hire anyone to fill a spot and it shows. The elderly woman working sneezed into to air, did not wash her hands, made subs then literally hocked a loogy into the trash can. What on earth is happening? It didn’t seem to phase one single soul. We left without ordering

Disappointed today.
Lupe, one of the staff members, seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, but she didn’t even fold the turkey properly, just threw it in the bread. When I asked her to toast it twice, she got defensive and snapped at me. The other staff member at the register even chimed in to confirm my request, so it wasn’t like I was being unreasonable.
I’ve been coming to this shop for a while, and I’ve always tried to be considerate of Lupe’s preferences, even when making my sandwich my way. However, it’s clear that her attitude and frustration affected the quality of my meal. As someone who appreciates the hard work that goes into the food industry, I understand that customers can be challenging, but it’s essential to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when serving food.
Hopefully, the management will take steps to support their staff and improve customer service. In the meantime, I’ll be looking for alternative options (and my sandwich cravings) elsewhere… or timing my visits strategically , so I can enjoy my usual sandwich without any issues.

Male employee Michael was okay.
These people definitely need customer service training. Everyone keeps complaining about it and leaving bad reviews. Mostly bc of the employees.

I come here all the time for lunch. This is my first time coming for breakfast. It says they open at 7am and it wasn’t until 707 that someone came out to open. It may not seem like it’s a lot to wait but had I known I wouldn’t have wasted my time and I would’ve gone to eat somewhere else. Once they finally opened i went in to order soup and they didn’t have any ready. Why open if you aren’t prepared?

Food was pretty good, but the lady doing the vegetables for our sandwiches had a really bad attitude. They unfortunately only had one type of bread left, not to mention a 6″ pre-made sandwich, which was left where the bread was being stored. I would not be lying if I said I put no tip when paying. If you don’t want to be there, you can find other job options, no one is judging you, just don’t take it out on the customers.

The food is always good and I love eating healthy…. my only problem is if I’m the only one in the shop and there are 3 workers and it still takes about 5 minutes to say hello. That’s a problem. And don’t pile up veggies and the sauces. I’m not sure about everyone else but I sure don’t like a soggy sandwich. Use common sense

I’ve been here 7 times total. The first time they gave me ham when I said turkey. The server literally asked me 5 times if I said turkey and I said yes. I thought it was an honest mistake but out of the 7 times I’ve been 6 orders have been wrong. And they’ll ring you up for sandwiches worth more than what you order. Worst subway to date.

I love stopping here. The staff always make my sandwich right. I am really not sure why anyone would order subway through an app when you could just go watch it made right before your eyes. That’s kinda the whole subway experience. Besides, no sandwich can withstand being made ahead of time with sauces and then taken home to eat and still be good!
