Very disappointed!

None of the food had flavor.
Garlic knots were, to say the least, a poor excuse for garlic knots. Very small and dry.
Pizza was dry and with no Flavor.
Meat Stromboli again, no flavor….

Here vacationing wanted to try a local pizzeria so I came across Schiano Pizza. I must say one of the Best!! Pizzas! I’ve had, highly recommend there stuffed meat pizza, or create to your preference, it is perfectly crafted has light garlicky crunchy flaky top layer and as you bight into it you get the soft cheesy dough full of flavor from each individual meat, topping and sauce. It was the first time I’ve encountered anything like it and will definitely order again. Had slight issue with order but was quickly resolved. Must try if you’re a local or in the area

Hello. I was never planning on making a review today when coming to eat pizza here at the Schianos Pizza place in the Plaze Del Sol Mall. . But here we are. Today I arrived here walked up and proceeded to order food and pay. While paying. One of the men who works here randomly mentioned to me ” this guy over here (working here down at thr other end of the place) said that you said something the other day when you were here and he said it’s a dollar to fill a refill.. to which I responded with .. what, what did you say I’m sry ? He says yeah, I’m just trying not to cause friction ,” he said you told him he’s an imbysol.” I responded with.. what? I never said that. I am a very kind person, I wouldn’t say that to someone. I was fine when told there’s a refill charge and simply stated that I never knew that as, I haven’t come here for over 2 years time. I didn’t remember. To which I said, you really need to speak to him and let him know to not play silly games w the public as that is unacceptable. And that he really needs to be spoken to as it’s disrespectful to be that immature to where your playing games w customers for no reason and lieing with lies. He cannot be lieing and playing games w the customers so pls speak to him. Thank you

Brown long hair looks about down to his shoulders, short, fair skin, looks very young about early 20s and is very quiet.
I am going to make something very clear . .
I come here to Eat and have a pleasant experience as All paying customers do. Not to be played with by an immature kid who is clearly seeking attention abnormally due to lacking it somewhere in his own life. This is not my issue, this is his issue, not the publics.
Thank you for understanding this review, to whomever may read, if there is a Cooperate number or Cooperate involved w this store practice and you happen to see this, or if are the owners and you see this you really need to have a talk with this kid and tell him Blatantly, that you Are to Respect Customers, Not to play with them lie play games manipulate and search for attention where you should not be searching. He needs to be told to have Respect decency good Intentions Towards others and do his job like normal. Not seek attention abnormally by playing games in customers faces and spreading lies to other employees so they can make customer’s uncomfortable. Do Better, having a public business is about making the customers feel welcome, feel like they even care to return.
Good businesses are about excellent customer service, good intentions and striving Genuinely to make the Customer have a Great experience. This folks, is what a Good professional business looks like.
Very disappointed with the experience here today, and most likely will not be returning due to this.
Oh, and the icing on the cake , this isnt even the first time experiencing an odd experience here. They did this 2+ yrs ago when I came. Which is precisely why I didn’t bring our money here again. So .. disgusted 1 time, 2 times, and I normally don’t give a 3rd chance.

Servers were rude, looked annoyed to deal with an old lady. Food was awful and the soda tasted like PLASTIC due to the cup. The “garlic bread” tasted like pure flour and nothing like garlic, marinara was LIQUID and once again, those servers were disrespectful and rude. The pizza slices were fine tho. That’s why I’ll give it 1 star.
