My wife and I were just here yesterday. 1st…we were only one in building and floors and tables were filthy. 2nd…went to use men’s room and bathroom was filthy also. Paper product on floor, no paper towels and the sink was absolutely disgustingly dirty with a ring of filth. If the dirt don’t come off during cleaning…maybe it time for a new sink??
When i came out…the wife said women’s bathroom was same condition.
I say it’s time for some new employees that care where they work…

I’ve complained to the manager prior about Pam one of their workers . Everytime I come thru the drive thru she is extremely rude especially in front of my CHILDREN!!! Even if you do not like someone you do not act like that at work , where you are literally getting paid for customer service !!!! Today it happened again . Then to top it off our food was thrown together and not made right and they literally shoved the bag out without a word !!!! Totally reprehensible behavior !!!

Went to this location got some drinks and bagels with doughnuts. My wife ordered and my son and I were going to pick out the dozen doughnuts. An employee PAM sat a box of doughnuts on the counter and was trying to give them to us. We asked if we were allowed to pick them out ourselves. That is when the attitude started huffing and puffing no communication zero customer service skills. I asked this Pam lady where was the commutation at she needs to communicate and you can’t assume what a customer wants. I asked to speak with the manager 5 times and not a single employee acknowledged my request but all were laughing. I asked the cashier for Crosbys if she knows who the manager on duty was and she advised that tim hortons is different from them. So I went back and started asking where is the manager and a heavy set girl who didn’t say her name snapped at me and advised that they were busy. In my almost 50 years I have never seen this level of incompetence together in one place. The negative attitudes from every employee there is unmatched. An employee named Pam (short lady with tattoos)” not sure if it’s her real name” was the one who lead the way for the rudeness. I was advised by someone named Caitlin who claimed the manager was off and she was the shift leader. She was as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. The service was so bad that my wife who works as general manager for another location even said she has never seen this level of incompetence. And the best part is they made the mistake and then tried to turn it around back at me. An email has been sent to corporate as well.

Female taking orders at window was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Had to repeat the order 3 times and was still incorrect. Then when we asked for them to read the order back , they read back the incorrect order and when we corrected them the response was ” what ever “… this is no way to treat a paying customer that frequents this business on a regular. Totally unacceptable. I sure hope management gets this under control. Very disappointed in the way we were treated this morning!

I am a customer at this location almost every morning. The staff here has poor customer service skills and prepares my order incorrectly almost every day.
I order coffee with flavor syrup that they forget to put in daily that I am charged for. They assemble my breakfast sandwiches poorly as if they just threw all my ingredients in the bag and think it’s OK.
The drive thru wait time is typically 30 minutes just for a coffee. I always order online here and they staff tries to charge me at the window, even though my order is paid for when I order through the app.

Absolutely disgusting how they treat you if you’re not a regular at this one.
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. The cashier was trying to rush me off b4 I could finish ordering.
Then I waited about 15 mins to watch 2 customers ahead of me served their food first. After another few minutes, I decided to leave my food and money right there and never return.

I went at like 5 pm and I wanted bacon and cheese on a croissant, ( I saw croissants in the baking display! ) she told me they stop serving breakfast at 11am , it’s bacon and cheese on a croissant, she told me they could do a bagel ! I left !
So do they stop serving coffee after 11am too ?
