Lately the customer service at this Starbucks has really been off. My wife ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and it came without the chocolate sprinkles. When she politely asked for them, the barista rolled their eyes and acted like it was an inconvenience. Starbucks encourages people to come in, sit, and enjoy their drinks—but service like this makes it hard to feel welcome. Definitely disappointed with this visit.

Wow…I was a life-long 3 times a day starbucks customer. Over last year their drinks became garbage so I stopped going. I decided to give them a try again after a while. I purchased a $8 latte and they put it literally in a cup with a cardboard paper as the lid. A flat peice of paper with a hole in it. There’s no way to drink this without spilling it all over yourself. I’ve seen better quality at gas stations. They have gotten so expensive, bad tasting, and yet the quality is cheap as dirt. They brought over the ex CEO of Chipotle and pay thousands a day to private jet fly him to his office from 2 states over, yet they can’t afford lids. Get ready for tons of lawsuits of people burning themselves with your cheap paper lids!

Have had good experiences in the past at the Starbucks north of Maple Lawn. But my latest drink was seriously shorted. If I had wanted a smaller size, I would have ordered a smaller size! Oh well. Buyer beware.

This new maple lawn location is super close to work so its a frequent stop, particularly after work when I need a pick me up or a boost for evening plans. The staff has from the get go been friendly and accommodating, and even re made a drink for me to make my day a little smoother once when I flat out admitted that I ordered it wrong 🙂

Location is brand new and you can see that inside. Staff is friendly but seemed a bit slow to turn around customers and did mess up the order at times also. There is a drive through here also and seemed busy. They have cold brew and nitro here also. There is space to sit outside but it can get loud being so close to the road. Plenty of seats inside, both in table and lounge chair setup. Mobile order pick up spot is marked at the end of the counter.

This is my go to Starbucks and everyone here is so kind and helpful. Today I forgot to place my order ahead of time and just showed up and started looking for my order. They clocked me immediately and said “did you put in your order? I don’t think I saw it yet.” Yep, I forgot lol. I order ahead always and they still know who I am 🙂
And they don’t use plastic cups, which is great!

For the past five years, every week day I would put in the mobile order for one venti cappuccino at this location. Few minutes later I’d pull up to pick up my order, sometimes there few cars ahead of me, sometimes not so much, its around 6am usually. Typically, I’d pull up say “Good morning and Thank you” get my drink and be on my way. This morning for whatever reason, after standing in line at the pick up window I was told to “Circle around to the speaker box and notify them about my mobile order.” There was a big line of cars behind me and I was short on time, so I said I would rather wait and get my drink so I can be on my way. Person at the window said if I don’t move they will call the police.
I really didn’t have time to deal with this situation so I just left.
The person at the window was always nasty and mean, not just today but several times before that, for reasons unknown to me, I was always nice, courteous and respectful. Maybe there is something else, not sure. So, after five years getting my drink at this Starbucks store (50 weeks x 5 days x $6 per drink = about $1500 a year) I am done with this store, there is Dunkin Donuts across the street I will stop by there instead. Please refund my drink from today because I didn’t get it, and put it back to on my Starbucks card.

I don’t like it when people delete reviews, history of service is important. But am back at four stars. I’ve visited several more times and service is consistent. The only reason it’s not five stars is because I’ve been getting hot drinks lately, not cold, and I’ll add a fifth star back when I order something “no ice” and it’s made correctly.

I am leaving my original review below, but updating from five stars to two. It would be really helpful if the baristas paid attention to an order sticker that says “no ice.”
When I come by this location, it’s pretty much always on my way to work. If I order a refresher, I order it without ice. My teeth are extremely cold sensitive, and iced drinks are painful. Coming by here on days when service is a little behind because they’re busy, that’s fine. Having to wait a few minutes longer for my drinks, that’s fine, I understand, it happens. But having to wait, and then my dragon drink has ice in it, and at this point I can’t wait for them to remake it, because I’ll be late for work if I do? Extremely frustrating. My options are to not drink it at all, figure out the messy process of taking the ice out while sitting in my car, or letting it sit all morning while the ice melts so that I can drink it in the afternoon, and ending up with an extremely watery drink. None of those are particularly appealing.

Visited several times. Order is always correct, store is clean, baristas are helpful/have a good attitude. Have only stayed to eat in once and the noise level was not bad at all. I usually order on the app but the few times I’ve ordered in-store my drink comes up fairly quickly. (That being said, I’ve never ordered in-store during peak times.)
Update: still accurate. My morning espresso is perfect.
