We ordered delivery, and the “chicken tenders” we received were unrecognizable as chicken tenders and inedible. The store must have known they were below standards because they left a slip of paper in the bag inviting us to call or email with any issues. The phone number goes to voicemail and oddly enough the email address is a gmail address.

Clean, fast, and easy. This was one of the nicer taco bells we have visited recently. The food and service were both great.
Our order was quick and correct, which is hard to come by nowadays. The parking was easy and the bathrooms and tables were clean. Everything was stocked as needed and I didn’t have to stand around to ask for anything.
My teen went to the counter to ask for a water cup. Even though no one was at the front, he was quickly helped. I have been to many restaurants were the staff over look him because he’s a child and “not a paying customer”. So this was a nice change to see.
Overall, We will be back.

I was unexpectedly stuck at this Taco Bell while waiting on a towel during an engine install in my car. Within about 90 seconds, several of the gentlemen working there ran out to help me push my car safely out of the way—no hesitation, no complaints—then immediately ran back inside to keep orders moving on time.
That kind of teamwork and kindness is rare. The manager is truly an angel, and the entire crew went above and beyond. On top of that, the food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I couldn’t be happier. This location absolutely deserves recognition.

The worst experience I have had at a taco bell. I love taco bell very much. Love their food and consistency. However this restaurant doesn’t fit the mold. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted with a gentleman who either couldn’t hear me or was ignoring me half of the time. Once I was done ordering and got my food, I went from annoyed to completely disappointed. I ordered their steak grilled cheese burrito and the steak was incredibly salty and they forgot to give me my Diablo sauce so it was just salty and bland. Then I started on my steak quesadilla and that’s when I got mad. There was maybe a tablespoon of cheese. There should be at least half a cup of cheese. I will not be coming back.

9 out of 10 times this place gets it wrong. The chicken cantina bowl had ZERO chicken, and the other photo was supposed to have extra beans, and you can hardly see any beans. The guac is a joke, this was after I went back in and asked that it be filled up -to look like the picture. I am so tired for paying for extra toppings, like extra black beans- only to be let down, again. Most people waiting for their bags of food double check their bags before leaving because it’s usually wrong.

I got home to no food in my tacos. I added an extra sauce and there’s barely anything in my tacos. Waste of time and MONEY. My kids tacos weren’t full either. This place is the biggest disappointment. This is the second time and last time I went was a few weeks ago and they still suck. Don’t go here.

I’m a Taco Bell fan. I probably eat it way more than I should. And I can, IMO, tell you that the food they’re making at this particular location is just so much better than other Taco Bell’s. I know it is supposed to taste the same everywhere. BS. The food here was the best .

At this Taco Bell the employees do not follow modifications. My 7 year old daughter does not like onions and all the food had onions when we asked for no onions. The employees also do not know how to pack food into a Togo bag. Our Mexican pizza was completely smashed. The top layer of the Mexican pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The nachos were dumped into the bag but was mostly crumbs. ♀️

The customer service is hit or miss but the food is alway bad. The tortilla on my cruchwrao supreme was SO STALE I could smell it when I took it out the bag. That was the final straw. I will be driving the extra distance to go to any Taco Bell besides this one
