Hot, perfect, and placed in my hands like a sacred ritual offering. Honestly, how is that even legal?
But the real magic? Manager Lynm Wales.
This woman is a caffeine angel sent from corporate heaven. She runs this shop like it’s the command center of the ISS — calm, efficient, uplifting, and somehow always glowing. She hires absolute rockstars: polite, professional, hilarious, and impossibly fast. These baristas don’t just work — they perform.
Every drink? Spot on.
Every interaction? Delightful.
Every vibe? Immaculate.

Food is great. But service is so slow the drive through is usually backed up, I can understand weekends and work times but I pulled up to the window and just see the cashier talking away with the person ordering on the headset, again I understand their order taking but there is no time to get personal. People have jobs and places to be. I waiting 5-7 minutes at the window no interaction, for my online order that was ready 15 minutes prior.

Great friendly atmosphere. Great drinks and food. There are humans behind the bar, whom are ready to fix any mistake or remake. It gets busy during peak times ( morning rush, little bit on weekends because of families ordering together but far from the rush of the other large starbucks.) Always my go to store of choice.

Usually good service, but today I picked up in the drive thru and the old lady is hanging out the window with my drink. She was rude. She apparently didn’t like me not coming in to get my drink. No tip for you guys, today, cuz of her. Plus, she was angry and never smiled.

This is our neighborhood location. For a period of time this location (Town Madison) was very slow at filling orders. They did have a calming atmosphere for studying, catching up with family, friends or a quick meeting with someone. The order filling time has improved. However, they are now choosing to play music similar to Rap music. You cannot even sit on the patio to escape it due to the volume. Hope they consider their atmosphere and the reasons most come to a Starbucks and reconsider their playlist.

Usually, I would rate most Starbucks between 4 or 5 stars. However, this one seems to get worse by the week. Today’s (Oct 28) beverages were not good. My wife’s drink was made wrong. It was supposed to be a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap, and its color was way off and barely any carmel or crunch topping. The drink was too light in color, and she dumped it out at home in frustration. My Mocha tasted like milk. It’s almost like someone forgot the Mocha part of the drink. I had to add a packet of hot chocolate just to make it palatable. Definitely not the quality we expect. Very disappointed.
