We love Marcos pizza however, this time not so much. It was so burnt we could not eat it. Also, one of the pizzas was made wrong and we had to wait until they made another one. Very disappointed.

Normally, Marcos is our favorite pizza spot. However, this is the third time our order has been missing the salad we order.
Now, a missing salad isn’t a big deal. But what is? Hanging up on me every time I call about it. Me sitting on hold for 20 minutes and getting hung up on again. I can hear it getting picked up and hung up. I only was able to speak to someone on the first call, told them what was wrong and they said they are going to put me on hold and hung up, I called back multiple times and just connected and disconnected. Had my husband call and he got a pick up right away.
Then they told him to drive 25 minutes to the store for the salad. Really? No. Just refund it. They refused and said they have no managers.
Love that. Will I stop eating Marcos? No because the pizza is the best. Will I order a salad and try to be SLIGHTLY more mindful of the food I put in my body? Probably not. Thanks James!

I’ve never had an experience like this with Marcos in the year and a half ive lived in Wilson. I ordered 2 pizzas and waited 2 hours just to receive an email an hour after I ordered it saying it’s been delivered. I call the restaurant and the person who answered wasn’t very friendly and told me it was on its way. So another hour goes by and I call to cancel the order and they told me it was being remade. Worst experience I’ve had with them. I love the pizza but this experience has made me not want to order through them ever again.

I heard that this pizza is really good and I have to say best tasting Pizza in Wilson also price was pretty decent 3 medium quality pizzas for $33 and some change delivery included.
