The man taking our order was more patient than any man ive met. We were in the drive through line about 940…I imagine it was nearing closing at least a bit. There were 4 of us. 4 women. 3 had never been there. You KNOW how this went. He, in stride, respect and patience took 3 seperatw orders, changed them prob 2x and answered 18 questions and then… stayed polite and patient. The sandwiches weren’t what made this place stand out but him. Dont recall his name but prob mid 20s, deep voice and gentle spoken. Thank you JJ’S for hiring at least 1 decent young person these days.

This was a disappointment. Usually a fan of Jimmy John’s. Got the toasted Roast Beef and Cheddar. Maybe half was edible? The other half was inedible! Nothing but, Fat and grissle. It was disgusting. If this downturn in quality is a trend at Jimmy John’s I will be going elsewhere narionally

Not the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Looked like they have a bunch of 20 year olds running the place. So, not the most professional group and there needs to be more attention to detail to cleanliness and accuracy of orders. They could benefit from having a mature adult in charge. However, once we got our order sorted out, the sandwiches were good. As long as you plan on dining in, I would recommend this location.

We love Jimmy John’s!! Location is good, but very inconvenient for us unless we are going to Gulfport for something. Please bring JJ’s to exit 50 (Ocean Springs/Latimer)! There is an open retail spot next to Dominos, just off the interstate. There are no other good sub shops anywhere near there. Exit 46 would also be good but I bet the lease would be cheaper at exit 50!!

Rude for no reason…. Came in a hour and 10 minutes prior to closing and was told when ordering how confusing we order and making faces as if we annoyed him by saying “we’ll take all the freebies add on’s that are vegetables”. Then proceeded to tell us they are about to be done making food as they stop making food at 8 PM, which is odd as their hours posted are 9 PM. The first time we came here months ago we also came in prior to closing and were told only cold subs no hot subs because they clean the items early to prep for closing…..

Ran out of lettuce at 7:45 — 1:15 before closing. This is a CHAIN sandwich shop, they should not be running out of lettuce.
Idc if I’m being a Karen, there is no excuse FOR A CHAIN!!!

I recently used this location for a catering order. While I was assured that all items were included, I found that half the sides and desserts were missing once I got to my meeting. However, when I called the store, I was told the rest of the order would be delivered to me asap. The district manager, Brent, actually made two separate trips as quickly as possible to get me the missing items. The staff truly enjoyed everything! Mistakes happen, and Brent stepped up to fix it. Thank you!

This place is awesome! I love the customer service on the afternoon/evening shift. I always come in with a special request and they accommodate my quirkiness. Freedom and Shayla are wonderful. The food is also top tier.
