I work in the area, and on the days I end up staying later than planned, I like to grab something local to eat. I’ve visited this location twice now, and both times Christian has helped me. He always greets me with a warm welcome, gets my order right every single time, and the food comes out fresh, delicious, and with a generous amount of fries. I truly appreciate his great service and want to acknowledge him as an amazing person and employee. Definitely recommend this place.

After 5 months, we never have a problem at all with missing orders… Sweet. We recommend you take advantage of the 70 cent each boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. The taste is good! Lemon pepper has that crunchy tender chicken that we like. Expect to spend a lot when there are no offers. A combo of 10 wings will cost you around $17. Plenty of parking. Expect to wait up to 20 min for your wing order, so we recommend ordering ahead online. Clean place to eat.

Ordered different variations of the 3 Piece Crispy Tender Combo. The Lemon Pepper is a great option for those who don’t want spicy, it’s a dry seasoning and tastes lemony with the lightest kick from pepper. The Hickory Smoked BBQ is very sauce heavy, it’s densely coated in bbq sauce so much so that you have enough extra to dip some fries in; you’re a fan of this if you’re the type to drink bbq sauce straight from the bottle. The promotional Lakers Legendary Garlic seasoning is a garlic parmesan dusting seasoning; some of the garlic parmesan bits are larger solid bits and the parmesan is a bit more pronounced than the lighter garlic. The Hot Honey Rub is a good middle ground of some spice and honey sweetness, it’s not too heavy on sauce and is not very spicy. Overall the chicken quality here is pretty good, the breading isn’t too thick and the meat is tender, pulls apart nicely between bites, and is a decent size for the price. The fries can be optioned with various seasonings too. The regular seasoning is great enough if you’re not particular about special seasoning. The Cajun seasoning on fries is a great step up if you’re seeking some spice to your potatoes. The additional side dipper sauce options are abundant too, ranch is the default and is good enough but honey mustard is also a great option as wel to elevate the flavors; slightly sweeter alongside a mustard kick. This location has a steady flow of customers and the plaza location can get congested at times but is otherwise convenient. Staff here are patient and very courteous. There is some seating inside for those choosing to dine in but it seems a majority opt to carryout.

I ordered at 12:00 noon Saturday, got a email confirmation that my order be ready in 16-22 minutes. The store called me 15 minutes later and said I need to pick up with the credit card I used and my ID. And said my order be ready soon. 15 minutes later they called again, and another 10 minutes same call ID and CC.
I arrive store 12:55, almost an hour after I placed my order. They checked CC and ID, order not ready. I saw them prepared another 3 orders not mine. Then some guy came in and asked for Christina’s order, no ID/CC checking. And they also made Christina’s order ahead of mine.
At this point, enough is enough, I asked them to cancel my order. They asked me why, I said I don’t know either. You made me wait 10 minutes more on top of the one hour when i made the preorder.
You guys got to know that we can order anywhere. Even at another Wingstop, but definitely not with this location again!
UPDATE Jan 15 2024. >> Besides the above terrible service, they also lie! The clerk/supervisor told me that she would cancel the order and process refund which will take 2-3 days. Of course she did not. She just wanted to send me on my way without asking for a refund slip. I later disputed and sure enough I lost.
So ask for a refund slip when you have a dispute.
Never listen to these “well trained “ staff’s words.
I paid for my negligence or stupidity. It’s not the end of the world for me. But I feel the need to inform the community of the dishonesty which is so much worse than bad service.
You can improve on service. But if the staff are already trained to lie to customers. This is a hopeless merchant.
I would think twice if they would discard expired wings according to franchise training and not use those to make an extra buck.
This is more a Wingstop Corporate matter, if they still care.
