We had a group of two couples. Everyone made their order. Appetizers were brought out and everyone elses dinner was brought out except mine. After everyone had ate and our waitress had stood at another table having her conversation ignoring us the whole time. The waitress came to our table with the check and i asked if she had forgot something. She said my food came from a different part of the kitchen and she would check on it. Coming back to our table asking for thw payment she stated that the kitchen was out of my food did i want to cancel or order something else. I paid for my wifes dinner and left a 20% tip still not having any food. This place is a joke and we will never visit here again. Absolutely garbage service.

This chain is a family favorite for us. We don’t don’t have Giovanni’s close to us, so when we are traveling close by, we always stop. It’s always worth it. Even my picky eater 10yr old loves it. They are always clean. Always friendly. Always great food. We’ve never been disappointed by these restaurants.

Pizza was great, garden side salad not so much..all it was was shredded lettuce a slice of tomato and some cheese..where’s the rest of the garden??? Service was horribly rude!! We arrived about 45 minutes before closing and there was no other customers there. It took a good 10 minutes to even get acknowledged and then she acted like it was a problem because we chose dine in. She gave us paper cups and said “I don’t want to do more dishes so I’m giving you to go cups”.. She slapped the same de salad on the table and snarky asked if she could bring the pizza in a TO GO BOX. We’ve never felt so unwanted and disrespected!! It was more important for her to leave early than take care of a customer!

Actually was not really there at the time but I love the food and all, excellent place to just have dinner and be with family or friends and enjoy eating in or even take out, very responsive on take out delivery,it is always hot and just perfect every time I order, great job all employees

The wait time is a lil long, but worth it cuz the food is absolutely amazing.. IF, IF… you can afford their absolutely ridiculous prices. It’s just way to unreasonably expensive. $50 for 2 pizzas.. come on, that’s insane in todays times.

I would like to give a higher review but I can’t because while their pizza is good (which is the only thing we’ve tried) it’s a hassle to place an order! We order from here atleast once a week (for carry out..not delivery) and have for a while..but it’s gotten so ridiculous!! I have sat on hold MANY TIMES FOR OVER 18 MINUTES JUST TO THEN BE HUNG UP ON!! And like the other review said when I tried to say something to them about this all I got was attitude and excuses!! The last time I was placed on hold I ended up arriving at the restaurant (BEFORE they answered) expecting to see them so busy but there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant!! I also have noticed that even though we get the same pizza every time..the price is always different! It’s mediocre food with REALLY BAD SERVICE!!
