Was really excited to try these meals because having convenient ready to go meals would make my schedule and eating habits way easier. However I was severely disappointed in the quality.
You know if you leave rice or pasta out in the open air it begins to harden? Yeah. That’s what the pasta and rice was like. It was almost inedible. (I ate the first meal the date of delivery. So it’s not like I waited days.)
Minuscule amount of pasta, not even enough sauce to cover it. So I ate bland hard pasta. No salad dressing either. I realize you can just get your own dressing and sauce but I was under the impression these would be complete meals.
I ordered four, I only ate three because I couldn’t even manage to eat the hard rice in the fourth meal.
So sad. I was planning on being a weekly repeat customer if I liked them but I won’t be ordering again. I hope others have had a better experience!

SO THANKFUL for this spot in Chattanooga! The meals are delicious and perfect when you want something healthy but don’t feel like cooking (or just want something quick). Service is always friendly, too. Meals are going to be more expensive than your usual takeout but they’re worth every penny. Highly recommend the Alice Springs Chicken, Creamy Mushroom Chicken, and Street Corn Chicken!

For over a year, my husband and I discovered this fantastic pick-up vegan and vegetarian (of course mult meat and protein options) food service that has been a game-changer for my husband and me! My husband has multiple dietary sensitivities, including gluten, eggs, beef, and dairy, and we have struggled to find suitable options in the past. However, this service has exceeded our expectations by offering a wide range of delicious meals that cater to his specific needs.
One of the things we love most about this service is the variety it provides.

Love the meals…walked in at 530p on Sunday. Didnt realize they close at 530p. The door wasnt locked. Girl at the desk was checking out the only customer in the store…..told me it was 530p, they were her last checkout. I get it was 530p and they close at 530p. But seriously, she couldnt tell me I could grab my meals quick and lock the door so no one else comes in? Customer service…..come on now.

I always enjoy stopping in to get a quick meal. We appreciate the attention to clean eating with many choices available. Since we eat gluten-free, we appreciate being able to know that there are plenty of choices for us. We had Vibrant Meals cater a rehearsal dinner meal and it was a huge success and such a relief for me to have that taken care of. They did a wonderful job.

The quality of the meals have gone down in the last month or two. It was perfect before, but my main go-to, the taco bowl, is way saltier now and doesn’t taste as good. Same for some of the other dishes, too much sodium, overly seasoned and just not as good. It would be great if they offered half sodium/seasoning/sauce meals or something, cause at this point things just taste like any other highly processed meal you’d get somewhere else.
