The medium Deluxe Original is a good sandwich with plenty of tasty protein between the Schlotzsky’s bun. The chips and drink aren’t worth the extra cost in my opinion. Chips are thin and over spiced in a 1.5 oz bag. This Schlotzsky’s didn’t have the fridge like soft drink dispenser with oodles selection like the Schlotzsky’s in Grand Prairie. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere around comfortable seating was very good. The take home Cinnabon center was almost too gooey, but very good.

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club with meat and cheese only. When I got home I had to spend time scraping off all the shredded lettuce that I specifically asked to be removed before I could eat. In other words about what I expect from a restaurant I don’t frequent for this exact reason. Long learning curve I guess.

I ordered food togo on Saturday morning. After eating only 45 mins later ended up with the worst case of food poisoning. I am currently on day 4 and yes I contacted thebhealth department. The restaurant responded to an saying they were sorry my experience wasn’t up to there standards and tried to gaslight me on my illness coming from their establishment. I can without a doubt assure you that it did come from their restaurant. I actually loced Schlotzsky’s but after this experience I will never be back to this location ever and I’m not sure I will go to another as this visit is burned in my brain as the worst restaurant experience ever. I have had a bloody exit since Saturday not long after it setting in. I was in the restaurant every few minutes with violent diarrhea and ended up very dehydrated. I have been still dealing with lingering symptoms unfortunately. I have been in contact with my doctor and doing everything they have recommended. I do not recommend this location to even my worst enemy because what I experienced should only be used as a punishment to a foreign enemy. The store did jot apologize just basically called me a liar which only made me respect them less that I am suffering for something I paid for from them and they can’t even say sorry this happened we will do better. I posted other places and others have spoken about how they too got sick from them and they were understanding of what I am dealing with because they too have dealt with it as well. I do not recommend them and warn you if you continue eating there this too can happen to you. This review is me simply putting out the warning label of the results of my dining experience and I never want to experience it again. I will definitely be more cautious with the establishments I choose to eat at going forward when I am finally able to eat normal foods again. This was the absolute worse experience and I am so lucky I didn’t end up in the hospital. Clearly I would give no stars after my very sickening painful experience but that wasn’t an option. Schlotzsky’s shame on you do better in store with your food handling practices and in customer service!

This place is tucked back in the corner. 1st time I saw signs for drive thru but had trouble figuring it out bc store is on left and you drive around the right to order in the back. They are always friendly and food is fresh.

One of the reasons we love Schlotzsky’s is the customer service and ability to get gluten free bread and pizza- this location is no different.
Our first visit here as we were passing through on our way back home and as soon as we saw the highway sign for them we knew exactly where lunch would be.
The restaurant was clean, well apportioned, had ample seating and is handicap accessible. Plenty of parking space.
Well lit with a bright and fun atmosphere. While the order taker was on her first day, the manager was spot on in helping her navigating the order process particularly since we had to have a modification for the gluten free bread as needed. He was patient and helpful in helping her ensure the order was taken and expedited correctly.
Fresh Cinnabon was on the menu for the non celiac family members and it was fresh as could be.
The flatbread pizza was a hit (available on gluten free bread) it was fresh and delicious.
The roast beef on gluten free was delicious as well- fresh ingredients and perfectly constructed.
The beverage bar was clean and the condiment section was fully stocked.
Clean restrooms that have changing tables were in the mens and women’s rooms.
While we won’t be up this way often as it’s a good distance from home- but if we do pass through again we are definitely going to come back.

1st time ordering here and probably won’t be back. Get there and ordered the pick any two broccoli & cheddar soup (originally wanted baked potato, but they were out), an avocado turkey wrap, and a strawberry lemonade.
Got to the window and was given the sandwich on sourdough (no avocado) – They didn’t confirm the order placed on the intercom or at the window, so they had to remake it. After receiving the wrap, and pulling off, I looked down to see that I was handed a regular lemonade, so I had to go back through the drive through just to find out that they were (out of the flavor).
Not only did you not confirm my order, but you gave me something that I didn’t order and didn’t tell me BEFORE I paid for it, that you were out.
I could’ve made REGULAR lemonade at home and gotten multiple cups of it for 3.29+tax.
Schlotzsky’s – have your people confirm orders at the window to ensure they are correct before they pay. It was a hassle and a waste of time (on lunch break) & money having to wait for a remake and drive back around just to find out you don’t have something, so your cashier just gave me what you had.
Reminder: People choose to spend their time & money on your establishment. I had most of the ingredients needed to make what I originally ordered at home and could’ve made everything myself.

Came in to pick up an online order. Place smelled like a 2 week old trash bin. Wanted my sodas with no ice but ordering on the app, they don’t give you an option to add a special request. Turns out they filled my cups full of ice and soda. Didn’t even offer to dump them and give me non ice soda. On top of this the cashier gave me my 2 sodas and stood there holding my food bag as if I was supposed to simply put those cups in my pocket to free up my hands. No cup caddy or nothing. Now im sitting at home and enjoying my dark colored water because all the ice melted. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again. An overall inconsiderate run place
