Ordered a large meat lovers. For 16 dollars and change. Should have opened box in store. As you can see from photo, there was barely anything but cheese on the pizza. And very little cheese too. You’d think a meat lovers would have some meat. If you put all the meat on the pizza on one slice, that slice wouldn’t have enough.
Only positive thing about the experience was the lady who rung me up at counter, she was very friendly. The pizza was literally wothless.

Every time we order there is a problem with something normally over look small things but I ordered delivery after an hour called to check on my pizza and he said he bumped it because he was busy and it was just then going in the oven hands down the worst service around should permanently close the location

Ordered a pizza and it arrived 2 and half hours later. Called to cancel but got put on hold multiple times and I was never able to get through. So we ended up getting our pizza at 9:40. Good job Papa John’s

Awesome people, general manager Larry is a dink and needs replaced he is rude and obnoxious.
I only still order because of crystal and the kitchen help. Everyone needs work. Plus, Pizza Hut is all frozen products, nothing fresh.

There were only two people running the store, 1 cook and 1 driver, on a Saturday night nonetheless. I was sitting in the building waiting for my food, and I saw them not stop moving once in the hour and 20 minutes I was there. They were working nonstop to get every order done perfectly. They were both so sweet and apologetic, and were determined to serve everyone! I applaud them for their hardwork and kind nature!!!

We order regularly. We are awaiting an order right now. Lets see if they get it correct and hot. Last time time we waited over an hour to get it. Then they did not follow delivery instructions. In the beginning they were really good. Pizza hut is still far far worse!! Will update once i get our order.
Update 10 months later:
We have stopped ordering from here fully which is sad as i love this company. They can’t get our order right at all. Last time i ended up cancelling after waiting 4 hours. When i called all i got were excuses and, “It won’t get there today. We’ve had a driver walk out and a store worker quit.” We never did get refunded what we paid for the pizza we never got.

I don’t know who was making the pizza tonight, but they deserve a raise. Getting food out these days is so hit or miss, but tonight it was perfect. Ordered online, it was ready when we got there, and honestly was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever gotten from a Papa John’s. Well done & thank you.

It sure seems that almost everywhere has truly diminished over the past year, and I’m sure that the pandemic is the root to this. It wasn’t horrible food it’s the customer service that really made this a bad experience. I don’t know why just seems that few people actually care and take pride in the job they are doing. I mean $75 for a few pizzas that even though I corrected twice during the order it self, and they still got wrong. Which never did get corrected the young woman after I explained (I placed order you repeated back wrong, I corrected you repeated back the first mistake twice corrected again , simply said okay payed and I got what you repeated twice wrong) and very rude I said that this is wrong she just stood there and then said something very snide . I said that I was just going to take this order because I didn’t want to waste $75 in food and if I could just get our two dessert we order. Oh yeah it will be like 15 minutes, waited went in to get the rest I get oh I forgot didn’t order that . I simply didn’t want to lose it and said have a good night you really should at least try otherwise why even come in to work.
