Tried giving this location a chance and every time ive tried in the past month (3 times), it smells bad, the ingredients are ALWAYS old.. etc.. the turkey has tasted gamey.. the last time I went, I was able to snag photos of the situation with the ingredients. Ive never felt comfortable coming back. Really hoped for it to be a one off situation but seeing that its been 3 for 3 terrible, id recommend driving to a further location- which is what I now do.

NEVER HAVE I EVER
Like many I have eaten at Subway from coast to coast and even offshore. Only an exceptional experience would warrant my submitting a review. This is clearly the best Subway I have ever visited. I stopped on a whim after visiting Electrify Bike Co. I ordered a combo meal with perhaps the strangest mix of ingredients. I know what I like and feel comfortable asking. Why did this Subway excel?
* Atmosphere is clean, fresh and spacious with lots of natural light and comfortable seating.
* They were incredibly busy but worked quickly and efficiently. Some employees were still in training. Chris, the manager, was seamlessly helping customers, recommending, training and problem solving. All with a fully engaged and patient approach. The kind of manager I would like to hire before my retirement.
* The meal was noticeably fresh. Not only was my bread soft and flavorful, the lettuce actually crunched with crispness and my doubled tomatoes were full juicy slices. They built my sandwich as if it were their personal meal.
* I enjoy a good soda with my meal and thank heaven their Coca-Cola products or well mixed at the fountain. It makes a big difference.
I decided a delicious and nutritious meal in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere while enjoying the background interactions between manager, staff and customers.
Never have I ever been impressed by any Subway, until today. I look forward to returning when I pick up my bike next week!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! You have got to try the new Thanksgiving subs before they are gone!!! For a limited time (through November sadly) enjoy a turkey sub with cranberry sauce & stuffing!!!! I had mine just lightly toasted on wheat bread & it was melt in your mouth yummy!!!!

This is one of the cleanest, and most fresh Subways I’ve been to. I drive out of my way to come here. Today I think they had some new workers, they seemed stressed and flustered during the lunch rush. There was one worker on break and as soon as he stepped in, it became a well oiled machine. Johnny needs a raise! He got through the whole line quickly, and made every sandwich perfectly!

UPDATE: I’ve been going to the Subway at
7759 S 4800 W. It’s not much farther and they’ve been fast and fresh with online and in-person orders. Pro tip: get jalepenos on the meatball sandwich. (I still have not returned to this location. I probably never will.)
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
My wife went to pick up my online order.
1) They charged her for the sandwiches (so I got to pay twice — but I’ll make sure I get my money back).
2) They gave her the wrong sandwiches for the order number
3) When my wife went back, they gave her the original order that had been sitting around for AN HOUR and was so SOGGY it was more like a soup than a sandwich. They were supposed to be toasted but were not. Honestly, I don’t think it would have made a difference at this point.
4) Customer service stank. We will NEVER come here again.

Did a mobile order for pickup and got half a sandwich when I got back to work. Pretty cool guess I should have checked. Emailed subway about it and they never made it right.

I just picked up a curb side pick up and the woman helping me was very rude. I tried to check in to the curbside option via my app and I received an error. The error told me to call the store directly. So I called. The woman answered and wouldn’t listen to me. She just told me that I had to “push the green button”. I advised her that’s exactly what I did and I received an error. She sighed and said she’d be right out. The curbside stalls were full and so I had to park a few stalls to the west. She came out, threw her arms in the air and I rolled down my window and said, “Ma’am, over here”. She stopped, looked at me, and aggressively pointed at the “Curbside Order” sign. I apologized to her and told her that those stalls were taken which I why I had to park where I parked. It was very unpleasant. I understand that people have bad days but dang. Two unpleasant experiences with her.

This subway is so delicious. When I first stepped into this wonderland, I was struck with the wonderful smell and feeling this place gives me. The workers are such generous people and make this experience even better! I recommend!
