Mozz is a high quality, artisan pizza experience. We source ingredients locally whenever possible from various farmers and artisans throughout the state of Utah. Every single item is made fresh from scratch, including our dough. Our sourdough is made using traditional bread making techniques and only requires 3 ingredients: water, salt and flour. This dough is left to develop flavor for 2-3 days in order to deliver the best quality and taste possible. All of this comes together to create dishes that taste as good as they sound.

The margherita & Butternut squash taste delicious & the Crust are thin and crunchy! The chocolate chip cookies taste like they came right out of the oven. The Mozz Salad with chicken taste really good. The place is very Big Industrial Modern feel. The place is very comfortable & feels homey. Very Friendly & Accommodating Staff; They greeted us right from the start & at the end of the day, wished us a great day! Restrooms are very modern clean Pink vibe. Coming from NYC, I saw no paper napkins, just cotton cloth towels. I’m pretty sure we can ask for paper towels. Overall, a GREAT Experience!

The dough is very good, with a rich texture and flavor. The pizza flavors were excellent, and the wood-fired oven gives it that special taste.

The gluten free option was highly disappointing and expensive. It was $5 extra with a really weird texture like pita bread and all the sauce and toppings were falling off as I was trying to eat it. I ended up just eating the toppings alone. SO over priced for what you get.

I want you to bring your business to my hometown please! Denton, TX. We came with our family this past Sunday evening for the best pizza and cesar salad known to man. We had some leftovers and ate them last night which fortunately wasn’t enough to fill us up so we went again for some fresh pizza and a bigger cesar salad last night. They give you the best olive oil and it has such a great flavor for dipping the wood fired pizza crust in. This place hits it on all 12 cylinders for me because EVERYTHING is spot on in my opinion. We were visting from out of town and at a prior restaurant every single thing our food was in was plastic or some sort of single use container which hurts my heart.a little. Thank you Mozz for going the extra step to have all reusable containers – cloth napkins, glass and stainless metal cups, the whole nine yards. The attention to every detail is very apparent and you’re winning! Great concept, great management, great staff, 10/10!

I was told the Pizza was amazing! I ordered pizzas for a team meeting that I was sponsoring and then joining remotely from NJ. I was having a difficult time with the DoorDash app. so I just called this restaurant. Kam, the manager hopped on the call and offered to deliver this himself. I can not be more thankful. I heard a few people say that I must know the area because I picked the right place out of a number of choices. Thank you!! thank you!!

Best Neapolitan cheese pizza I’ve had in Utah!
The flavor profile is the closest thing to a NYC pizza in the state. It has the benefits of both a Neopolitan and NYC slice: Fluffy crust and flavorful dough with a nice chew and a flavorful sauce/cheese combo. Nice leoparding on the bottom and charred bits add a great flavor dimension and texture to the pizza.
Second visit I had their incredible Serrano Honey pizza. It was fantastic! They are generous with the honey which adds a very nice sweetness and depth to the other flavors. It’s a classic sweet, spicy, salty, rich pizza. I added olives and grated parm to mine, but would have been just as good without them. I think their olives are Castelvetrano olives, which are nice and buttery with a bit of brightness.
Third visit I had their Sopressa pizza. It was great! Thinly sliced sopressa, confit garlic, ricotta cheese in addition to the mozzarella. The confit preparation of garlic results in a very mellow garlic flavor. This is opposed to a roasted garlic which can be very pungent and overwhelming, so I wouldn’t let the garlic dissuade you from trying this one out.

Good overall pizza shop. The pizza seems a bit undercooked and oily in the center however it still tasted good and the puffy outter crust was excellent with some delicious charred spots. I went to Woodbine several times in a week and ordered pizza twice. I’d definitely like to try their other pizzas. In my opinion, if I hold the small slice up the center cut portion with the cheese shouldn’t flop over unless it’s too oily.

Looking for a yummy fire grilled pizza? This is the place! Yummy thin crust in the center and medium puff on the edges. Perfect portion of sauce to topping ratio. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Pizzas are perfect for feeding one adult or two kids.

Shrink inflation has hit this joint! Pizza was only okay it was gummy and slimy tasting and definitely not worth $15 for 8in pizza

No, I’m very confident that I was as your restaurant! I have been 3 times prior, hence the reason I’m comparing the size of pizza to my previous visits. Plus I have a receipt! So don’t gaslight me into thinking that It wasn’t your pizza restaurant! Just take responsibility!!
