Everything I wanted when I decided on small town BBQ for lunch. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The potatoe salad is probably my favorite BBQ joint potatoe salad Ive ever had. Whenever works sends me this way I will be sure to stop in for a hawgzilla again.

They served me a BBQ bologna sandwich that was at least 2 days old, dried up, old and crusty with green stuff growing on it. It was disgusting. When I brought it back the cook immediately grabbed it and threw it away. Thank God we have many other BBQ joints that sell fresh food.

The last two times that I have went, we’ve had issues. The first time, we ordered a family pack and asked for extra hot sauce. Get home to eat, no sauce at all. Drove back to get it, no apologies or anything, just here you go! Tried again today ordering the exact same thing. Get in the vehicle this time and check for sauce. Yep, no sauce. Go back in and grab it and head home. Once home, my kid fixes a sandwich, then my wife. My wife notices the bread is covered in mold and expired a few days ago and my son notices that his half already eaten sandwich has mold on it, too!. Drove back to get more and took the molded bread and grabbed more. Get back in the car and we again had a new bag of expired bread. Sadly service has gone down hill so bad over the years. In our small town, this WAS a great place. They food is still great but service, not so much. Regrettably, this was the last time Ill make a trip back to get a screwed up order corrected.. It’s a shame!

I was so disappointed after getting home to find just a small amount of bbq on my nachos. The cost was $10.00. I can get a sandwich with more meat on it for cheaper. I’m so done with them! I will show a pic shortly.

They’ve done that to me before they should be given her an extra pound of barbecue for her troubles being we live in Roellen.That’s how you run a good business and I’m sure if the employee’s boyfriend wasn’t there?She’d been paying more attention to what she was doing.

Everyone’s experience is not always the same as another’s. The slaw was so delicious! The Chestnut bars were delicious. I got great attitude from the ladies. Wish the BBQ sauce was a little thicker. Overall had a really good first time experience.
