Top notch sushi at a family run spot. They have multiple locations and the staff works all of them. Consistency is great and the food is always fantastic! Sometimes they get really busy and you may have to wait. It’s all part of it. Always a great experience. Great food great people.

We came for a birthday dinner at had a great experience. I’d recommend making a reservation as space is limited and they seem to stay relatively busy!
We got a wide variety of items from the menu and it was all delicious. We tried the sushi (several different rolls), ginger salad and miso soup, edamame (both regular and spicy), gyoza, bimbimbop, and bulgogi.
Service was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Great casual spot for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is smaller but still has a nice atmosphere with a dog friendly patio. The menu had lots of variety and is pretty affordable for Nashville. Everything we tried was delicious and we will definitely be back!

Maru is definitely one of the top 5 sushi places I have ever had. They had an absolutely phenomenal sushi menu and all 5 of the rolls we got blew my mind. On top of the the avocado bomb and the miso soup were spot on. I’m going to keep coming here until I have had literally every roll. Our service was also phenomenal. Our waiter gave super good recommendations and knew the menu well. 10/10

This place could not be better. friendly staff, great selection of high-end sakes, and amazingly creativity and fresh assortment of Sushi. The icing on the cake is you will never wait for your food. Their Chefs are on Fire and pump it out fast.

Came when they first opened for the day, so we had the place to ourselves. The gyoza was pretty tasty. Beef bulgolgi was decent, just wasn’t a fan of the Bibimbap. Service was outstanding, got our food quick and decent beer on tap, so overall very pleased. Will try something different next time.

Maru has the best shrimp fried rice. It has the right balance of flavor. I prefer to order without the onions. I love sushi restaurants that do not smell fishy. The fish is fresh, and the sushi rolls are creatively crafted.
