This was my first time at a Cold Stone creamery and I wasn’t too impressed, however, there were other people in line so it must be popular enough. There were three people in line in front of us and it was a 17 minute wait which gave me plenty of time to read all the signs. I didn’t realize that they had about 18 plain flavors of ice cream. Like a base flavor. And for everything extra you want to add in, you pay $0.89 per add-in thing. The staff then takes a couple of metal scoops, and manually squashes, folds, cuts and mixes your extras into the ice cream. This is not the fastest process, but it gives you a custom-made dessert. I just couldn’t justify the price for what you got (two little scoops of plain ice cream for $11.50). I will say the texture was very smooth, had a nice mouth feel, but I wasn’t getting much out of it flavor-wise.
For the amount that you get for the price that you pay for the amount of time that it takes, I can’t say that I would go to a Cold Stone creamery again. Nothing wrong with this location or the people that work there, I just didn’t like it.

I am sure the ice cream is good I have had it at other locations. I just dont know why and ice cream shop with that much stuff on hand would not offer a traditional banna split.

Did not catch her name, but the woman working here today (10/10/25, 2pm) is an absolute delight! A very welcoming and friendly person to meet on a nice afternoon at Cold stone 🙂

Either they’re too stingy or the lady was just lazy. Never been to a cold stone that couldn’t throw a little whipped cream or peanut butter into a cup for a dog on their birthday. Wouldn’t have bothered even coming here.

My husband and I came in during our lunch breaks. The lady behind the counter was kind and made awesome ice cream. Thank you!

Jesus. Not gonna lie I didn’t eat as much dinner as I should have because this place was right next door and I knew what I was having for dessert. It was my first time having Cold Stone Creamery and even though I’m lactose intolerant I have zero regrets.
Husband got some fudge waffle cone monster. I don’t even remember what I got. I know it was cheesecake, strawberries, blueberries and Graham crackers. Freaking delicious.

The emotional vampire running the store sucked all the fun out of taking my wife and kid for ice cream. The ice cream was good. But not because of the rude lady behind the counter. I took my wife and boy there for a treat. And the old woman with glasses didn’t greet us. Didn’t ask how we were. Didn’t even ask my wife if she wanted toppings. Just scooped the ice cream and asked for money. Just hurried us through the line then disappeared into her back office. I will never eat at cold stone again.

Ice cream is great love the cone bowl !! Only thing was the gal that served me didn’t crack a single smile. I have no idea what her story is but smile when caring for customers. Smiling and acting like you are happy to help. Don’t have to love your job but smile

There were five people in line ahead of us. The first two took five minutes each because there was only one person working. We left because I’m not waiting 20-30 minutes just to order ice cream. I don’t get mix-ins so my transaction takes about a minute. They need to have more than one person working, so one person can just do mix-ins because that’s what makes one order take five minutes.
