Got scammed by the store associate.
I ordered online pickup ahead for gotta have it size along with sprinkled waffle cone.
The associate gave me a cup cone saying the waffle cone is not available.
Then gave me the ice cream, which I thought was not the size I ordered. I asked the staff and she confirmed that it was what I ordered.
Once I’m home and saw the ice-cream, I was shocked. They kept a small cup inside the big one and scammed me. This was not the first time I had issues with the cold stone but I was never scammed until now.
Very unprofessional and unethical.

Friday night and it’s 6:00 pm and they’re out of most things when they’re open until 11:00 pm. Unbelievable. Of course the one thing I wanted required strawberry ice cream and they were out. Perfect. To make things worse they had one young kid working by himself from what we could tell the time we were there. Do NOT go there expecting to sit down either. This place has 2 tables. This is not like any other coldstone I had been to. First time in and probably my last. How unfortunate.

Absolutely worst cold stone I’ve ever had. Where are the toppings and quantity? I’m never going back to this location, you order gotta have it and get like it. Cedar park is a little decent. Look at the pictures of a coffee lovers only and chocolate devotion. People are running the brand name into trash.

Great late-night stop!
Came by at night and the vibe was super chill. Tried the Vanilla Light, smooth, not too sweet, really hit the spot. Staff was friendly even near closing. Definitely coming back!

$8 for literally 4 to 5 spoons of BASIC, and I do mean basic ice cream you could get at a corner store. This absolutely sucks! A pint at a convenient store cost less for the same basic ice cream. Wasted $ 37 on 3 ice creams cups with max 5 to 6 spoons of ice cream.

I went last night and didn’t have time to review, but this ice cream shop is soo good! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and customizable with tons of fun mix-ins. There’s also milkshakes which I personally recommend. Staff is fast, and the portions are generous. A perfect stop for a sweet craving!

Shwe did such a fantastic job at our wedding. We catered this Coldstone ice cream vendor and it made our late night dessert perfect! We LOVE this Coldstone location and will always come back. I am the biggest fan of coldstone ice cream. I used to have it twice a week at minimum. I was very excited when this location opened up near me. I have tried it so many times and each time, the ice cream doesn’t taste same as other coldstone locations. I can confidently say that the ice cream used at this location is not coldstone ice cream. This is specific to coffee ice cream, it tastes so sweet, and cheap quality. It appears they are not following coldstone standards. This cheap ice cream they are using is not worth the $8.

Happiness is when your ice-cream joints are more closer to you. My Late evening or night icecream cravings just found an easy drive solution. I am just happy that I do not have to drive 3-5 miles for a decent ice cream shop anymore.

We came in at 7:30 on Saturday night. Staff was friendly. All tables and chairs were super dirty. My 7 year old didn’t even want to sit down. You may need to hire a 3rd staff member to help clean up. The ice cream wasn’t great, which was surprising. The kids gave it a thumbs down and didnt even finish their cups. Will not be returning unfortunately.
