I went into the shop this morning, 11:20 am, to pickup my order. When I went inside, there was no one at the front desk. Which is fine I am sure you rarely get large orders that early. But then there was one worker in the back. And music was playing very loudly. I waited till a song ended before I yelled Good Morning after standing there for 5 min. No response. I tried calling the store so it would make a loud ringing noise to bring attention. That didn’t work. Worker saw me when he went to go grab something. I said good morning and he said is this for pick up? I said yes. He went to grab my food and just stared at it for a min. Then grabbed my food and spent 2 min trying to figure out how to bag it. Putting one item in the bag, taking it out, rebagging. Like it was a confusing task. He gave me my food, and I said thank you. No response.
Either he was angry he was the only worker and he had to deal with a large order in the morning. Or he was high. Either way, you don’t put that on the customer who did nothing wrong. No one cares anymore and it shows. Will not be back.

The experience was terrible. It isn’t the first, the second or third time they messed up my food. I know I know if they were so terrible then why do I keep going back right? It’s because I want to give them a chance also I like the food. Only this time I didn’t get my food. I meant to place my order for delivery, but it went under take out. I had to call the store I order from and they keep saying they need to transfer me to the manager of the store, but no one ever answer the phone (abbott location) even though they’re the store I ordered from and called, I called 3 times and got no where with them so when I checked my cc that I pay with turns out that they already CANCELED my order.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, Bare in mind I was a loyal customers I get food for my family from them twice a month for the past 8 years. I am done.

Ordered pizza and the door dash driver delivered the wrong pizza took my money and didn’t return with th correct order. I payed $40 and ended up with no food. I called the store and they said it wasn’t their problem. Called door dash and the driver said he was off work and it wasn’t his problem.

Absolutely incompetent.
Ordered one of their much touted Detroit pizzas, it arrived without ANY sauce on it.
The double order of cheese sticks was billed but arrived as a single order.
Both my wife and I tried calling multiple times, and *every time* they picked up and immediately hung up on me. Of course the local “call center” is useless beyond taking new orders.
This is the literal definition of theft, so I’ll be following up with Pizza Hut’s corporate customer service to demand a full refund on this.

If you want pizza for dinner order right after lunch! I ordered at 5:30 pm and was told it will be 45 Minutes. I get a text saying how I’ll get it by 8:05 pm. That’s no fun waiting Especially when you have hungry kids to feed!

$60 worth of garbage. Two pizzas with zero sauce. Thin cold cardboard.Third pizza raw. Completely Had to put it in the oven. Will not be ordering from them again. Literally throwing this food away. Would have been better off with cereal. Had I read the reviews I would never have ordered from here.
