Fast almost accurate. Papa bowls don’t have pasta pizza is as papa johns always is decent! The seasoning packet for the bowl had no seasoning.

Held off on writing a review for that perfect moment, and it finally happened. Ordered delivery. Arrived super quick (~15-20 minutes opposed to estimated 30). I think the driver’s name is John (funny coincidence) based on the online review. Super nice guy. He brought some extra seasonings/plates/napkins (most delivery ask, but this guy just went ahead and did it anyway, super thoughtful) and even said “when you order out, you don’t need to do dishes”, which hit home. Thought I had more cash for a tip, but I didn’t, and apologized for it being a bit small. He said “it is what it is” and thanked me for being a Papa John’s customer. ONLY driver to do that in all my years of ordering pizza ANYWHERE! He needs a raise!!!!

I called to add a side of anchovies to my order since the app doesn’t allow it. The person who answered the phone said it wouldn’t be a problem and assured me it would be added. Unfortunately, the anchovies never arrived with my order. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication. Will think twice before ordering here again.

This review is specifically for the Papa John’s in Clifton, CO:
Even though I clearly chose no-contact delivery, and even provided additional instructions that they were to leave the pizza and go, two nights in a row, their drivers were standing at my door waiting for me. I called the manager and asked why no one was reading my instructions, and they proceeded to tell me of a policy change in their no-contact delivery that is in no way indicated on their app, nor on their website. Manager was not receptive to my concerns, and without any interest said they’d speak to their drivers. Both drivers were respectful of my wishes when I told them what had been requested, and the pizzas were fine, but the total lack of competence in adherence to my instructions leaves me wholly dissatisfied with this location.
Correction: the 6 feet rule is noted, but that is not what these drivers are doing. They are just standing at the door holding the bag.

I love Papa Johns! I’ve been in there quite a bit and everyone is amazing to talk to! The managers are very nice and friendly, and I can tell that they have trained their staff very well! Even the delivery drivers are nice and friendly when the drop off the food! I like to stay a while and watch them run the store from afar to make sure my pizza is the best!! thank you pepa johns, i love you

I will say that if you are expecting good delivery service(especially if you live in palisade *hint hint) tip your driver. Because I have always gotten the most friendly and timely service from these delivery drivers. Always courteous and do their best. And for me their best has been on spot. Thanks for the service and great food. Not a single hiccup for me.:)

Friday night at 12am these guys sold me a solid 9.0 pepperoni pizza, hot and fresh, delivered in 25 minutes (12min drive from the store). This is seriously the best papa johns experience I’ve had in a very long time.
