I stopped in on a Tuesday for lunch , as I was nearby in Cedar Rapids for business ( south side near the airport). There were three local patrons there already, and the atmosphere was friendly, the business well lit, clean, and nicely decorated. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. I had seen online that they had a burger basket for $7, which was why I stopped in for a quick meal. It turned out that the daily special knocked that already low price down to $6 — a very good deal. The bartender cooks the food in what looks like some kind of semi-automated convection oven in a small area behind the bar. I had my choice of tater tots, fries, our curly fries with my burger, and I chose the tots. The portion of tots was good-sized and they were perfectly cooked. The cheese burger was thick and only available with american cheese. Maybe because the burger is not cooked on a griddle, it wasn’t juicy like I would have preferred — it was cooked completely through. The bun was also a little cool to the touch. It was still a very nice lunch for the price though. It really is a nice bar, the bartender was great, and I will happily return in the future (and maybe just ask that they try to cook the burger to more of a medium temperature and warm the bun slightly).

Charming little place to grab something to eat or relax and have some drinks. Lots of TV’s for watching sports and such. It’s 10 minutes from the CID airport, which makes it a great location to hit up just before catching a flight. The wings and breaded tenderloin sandwich were great! Service was top notch. Overall a very nice visit. There seems to be a crew of regular patrons who were very welcoming and friendly.

This was the first time we ordered food and it wasn’t too bad for frozen bar food. Everything is fried and the bar staff was waiting tables, cooking and serving everything. So service was a little slow. My biggest complaint was the buns on the tenderloin are frozen and actually served half frozen. For that reason, I didn’t eat it. But I’d give it a whirl sometime if I was in the area again.

Great bar. Clean, with good distancing practices. They have an interesting tap line-up. It’s a cozy place and had a nice ‘feel.’ Ambience seems a bit of an overstatement for a local bar BUT they have something that makes me want to return (and I have several more times).
There is a crazy cooking machine. Never seen anything like it. It produces good bar nibbles. Think of Mr Whoopee on Tennessee Tuxedo.

Tenderloins are pretty damn awesome the service is amazing the place can be a bit dry with the jukebox on super quiet and when there’s not a game on.

Came here with about 12 people the other day, the service was great. Didn’t hover and gave us space to talk and enjoy ourselves. So, for a bar, top notch service (by one lady, who also cooked all the food too).
The food was alright, I got the burger. The cheese was cold-ish and the burger was overdone. But the wings were absolutely a hit. Light crisp, and not the huge wings that look like they got testosterone injected into them, but just the right size. Pizza was also okay too. Their Bloody Mary’s looked absolutely amazing, a meal in itself. My mom and her girlfriend got one and they were filled with a huge sausage, cheese stick, celery and a couple other things.
The atmosphere was good too. The music was good, and the place literally filled up within a half hour. This was on a Saturday around 11-12pm too. So all around, for a small Swisher bar, excellent. A definite place to go if you’re in the area.

Local bar with quite good bar food and craft beer selection. Female bar tender is sudo friendly. The Decour is kind of cool with a nice look to it. Guy’s bathroom stall is not handicap friendly! Entrance to building is also not handicap assessable.

Nice little bar to stop on a motorcycle ride! Service is always great. The people are always friendly and welcoming. Beer is cheep and always cold. My only complaint would be that the bar is way too high for comfort, and I’m 6’1″. Otherwise, it’s a perfect place to stop!
