After 8 months of living here I can finally say I’ve found the best Dunkin in the tritown area. At every other dunkin I can expect there to be 2 people working and wait anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. This establishment is well maintained, adequately staffed, has a sleek interiors and friendly staff. I ordered an iced coffee and a 25 count of munckins. The order was completed in < 4 minutes or less. Like cmon? Does it get better than that?! Now every time I want to treat my weekly case group to a sweet treat I will be SURE to visit this dunkin.

This location does not know what they are doing at all. It took them forever to make our sandwiches and there was hardly anybody in the store even though the drive-thru was busy. It is clear that drive-thru customers are more important than the customers inside the store. Also when they finally made our sandwiches as you can see in the image that I have posted my sandwich was completely slanted and I had to stack it properly and my wife’s sandwich which is not posted was burnt. I suggest you find another Dunkin location with better service.

Customers beware when biting into your food. I rarely take the time to write reviews but this dunkin has got to be the worst around. The wait times are always long and if you go inside forget that they’ll acknowledge you standing there. Today was the worst of all my visits here. I made a mobile order today that included a frozen coffee and an apple pie. While the coffee was okay the amount inside the cup was good for a small cup not a medium. I start eating the apple pie and it was hard but I didn’t think anything of it. As I took the 4th bite from the corner of my eye I noticed something dark I look and it was MOLD. I immediately went back to the store and instead of an apology to make it right I was greeted with people that look unhappy and the only three words I received were “is cash okay”. Like really? You served a moldy pastry the least you can do is apologize especially to some who buys constantly there. Not anymore tho. Do better for your customers.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ (319 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT). On April 13th at 10:24 AM, I ordered 4 of the $6 meal deals, which should include sandwiches, coffee, and hash browns. I only received the sandwiches and coffees — none of the hash browns were given.
When I returned around noon to fix the issue, the staff only gave me one hash brown and completely denied that the other three were missing. They refused to take responsibility or offer a proper resolution.
This is unacceptable. I had to waste my time going back to the store, only to be treated poorly. I expect better service and accountability. Check your cameras next time before dismissing customer complaints. Very disappointed — will not be returning.

I swear it’s the worst dunkin I’ve ever seen, they forgot my croissant in my $15 order the first time (I couldn’t go back, I had already arrived at the work) and now they put another bread even though I said egg and cheese with croissant, they always forget something or give it wrong.Next time i’ll leave home early to go another Dunkin because they are the closest one to my work place.DO NOT GO

Absolute worst dunkin experience I have ever had. First they are extremely slow, second they gave me a hard time about the promotion I had in the app. First employee blamed me second figured it out. Then, I leave and look in my bag only to find they gave me 9 pieces of the 10 piece munchkin I ordered despite the girl at the drivethrough repeating the wrong thing back to me 3 times before saying she got it. Will never go back to this dunkin again.

Usually all other employees at this dunkin are great and always get the order right except for the one girl who was working today I waited at the drive thru for more than 15 minutes while I was the first one in line it wasn’t even busy and she took forever to take my order, was rude while taking the order and then made me wait another 10 mins at the window without saying anything kept opening the window and closing it without saying a word!! She did not say hi, or we’ll be right with you or why the order was taking so long, i just drove off and went to the other dunkin down the street. The owner should really check the cameras and see how many other cars drove away as well. The same girl had messed up my order few days ago as well because she said she was sleepy.
