If I could give this place a half star from how they train people and want new hires to train new hires, I would. The manager is not only rude towards her employees when they ask for help or how protocol is, but she doesn’t even really help.

Every subway ive had a bad experience. The one in lajunta the guys who have worked there have bad attitudes * make u feel uncomfortable, rockyford the kid making my sandwich is chewing gum while working making it, the bread tastes dry prior to toasting so it was rock hard

Went in for food, was sitting in the bathroom and didn’t get service for over 10 mins. Finally came to take order didn’t wash hands, grabbed a pair of gloves and proceeded to cough in her hand while holding the gloves, then put the gloves on, had cat/dog hair all over clothes and hat, was leaning on sandwich with said clothes while making sandwich. Threw food in the trash. Disgusting.

Like all Subways, the business model is never have enough employees because they are a cheap cost cutting corporation..
That said, I prefer this one to the free standing store in La Junta. That one runs out of things like wraps from time to time.
I think this one is well managed. I was in here a couple weeks ago at night and there were two really nice girls running the place. Both an asset and I hope they both stick around for a while.

This place was the cleanest of any subway I’ve seen. They were helpful, friendly, and effecient. There was several in line like usual but I didn’t wait very long at all to be served. The dinning area was well kept, as was the bathroom too. The workers were all clean and friendly and seemed to be in a decent mood versus sometimes were they seem to truly hate their job. Most the customers were for take out and very few dined in so plenty of seating options and the entire place seemed fresh and clean but welcoming and available. It was a good experience even though it wasn’t pretty quick as I myself wasn’t dinning in either, I took it to go. There ice teas and lemonades were particularly good, usually I order from a Subway inside a loaf n jug so the drink options are those typical for a loaf n jug versus a Subway so I got to experience new options that wasn’t expected and very tasty as it turned out. The price wasn’t as bad as expected, afteer their percentage increase in price earlier this year I was weary but luckily my order was simple and cost effecient.

If I could I would give them zero stars. Got a protein bowl they didn’t have any onion. Barely put any dressing on the food and nothing is cut up like it normally should be. Won’t be returning to this subway.

Great sandwich shop any where in United States. You always get it fresh. Had a club with all the vegetables except olives and hot peppers. If you go ask for your sandwich to be toasted, it makes a difference. I also enjoy mine with mustard and mayo. Witb a drink and chips you have a meal that will fill you up!

Awful service. Came in for some sandwiches for me and a co worker. Took them 10 minutes to come out from the back. 2 customers left without even getting food cause they didn’t wanna wait anymore. Lady in front of me had to harp on the guy working cause he skimped her out on meat, toppings and didn’t even put the sauce on all the sandwich. All the ingredients in the display looked wilted and old. Their guacamole was straight up brown and they hadn’t changed it out and had none prepped to replace it. The guy working didn’t care about if the food was edible, the second he got one sandwich done he ran back to the back and made his co worker make the rest of the sandwiches. Used to be a great subway, not so much anymore. Go to La Junta or Fowler for subway. Got charged 12 dollars for barely edible, poorly made sandwiches.

Hey you’ll you wanna real GOOD GOOD sandwich and SERVICE try this Subway here in Rockford, I order ahead on line, and The Ladies behind making your sandwich takes it to the next level of service and you’ll get what you ordered but % better than any other store, well my other goto Subway when near Fowler is almost a close to Rockford but I’ll eat at one of thee other over, what rockyford or Fowler has to offer as for eating out.
