It’s been about three years since I’ve been to a Subway, and this will most definitely be my last. Over 9 dollars for a 6 in tuna and a bag of Doritos, and that was without a drink. I see why Subway has closed many stores, the value just isn’t there anymore, let alone over priced. ♂️

The ladies are very rude after I asked her politely to explain my receipt. She yelled at me in front of all the customers when all I asked what was the price for one of the item on the menu. I go to a subway almost everyday and never in my years have I experienced terrible customer service until I came here.

Nothing like some cold egg patties on my sandwich. Why these werent heated idk. Requested salt and tastes like someone spilled the shaker all over it. Mobile order took a while to fulfill. Checked my order when picking up and they forgot items on my order. 0/10 won’t come back.

My fiance and I had to repeat ourselves many times. I had to remind the person making my sandwich that it was done in the toaster. I have way too much sauce on my sandwich, which is causing the bread to be soggy. The 7 or so people in front of us all had burnt sandwiches. Also they were wrapped so poorly that I had to pull the paper off my soggy sandwich. I don’t know when I’ll be back there.

I couldn’t tell you how the food tastes because the girl couldn’t figure out how to use prepaid visa cards when she knew how I was paying so our group of 6 didn’t get any food 86 dollar tab and wouldn’t take 4. 25 dollar visa card’s and a terrible and rude server
