Please train your managers better. Being yelled at over the phone when I had an issue at this location is ridiculous. Here’s how it went.
WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! I HAVE WORK TO DO GOD DAMMIT!!! and then he hung up on me. I called back to apologize for upsetting him, clearly he has something else going on, but he would not speak to me.

I was really hungry and this Papa John’s spot was the closest food place for me. Decided to give it a try. Ordered thin crust Super Hawaiian pizza for $23. It was really thin (3mm) with satisfying amount of ingredients on it. The only one thing is it was slightly dry and I don’t remember having tomato sauce on Hawaiian pizzas before. Otherwise it was good.

EDIT 4/15/23: Ordered a pizza through the app for the first time as opposed to ordering in-person. LOTS OF DEALS THROUGH THE APP. Will be taking advantage!
Nice staff. Prompt, decently quick service.
The inside is clearly old and outdated. Not a big deal as the food still tasted great.
Cheesy bread and the Pepperoni Pizza were awesome. Even after bringing the pizza back, it was still hot.
Will be back!

Food was great! So glad we found a good one. Hard to find a good Papa John’s anymore. It’s very sad. It’s definitely our favorite pizza chain. We don’t live in the area but we come here for our appointments. I noticed the was no reviews for green street. They did a great job on our food. Very friendly staff. We will definitely order again soon. Thank you!!

Canceled my order because there was no chicken. Wasn’t an issue, but door dasher called me and an employee took the phone and started talking to me wildly unprofessionally. Just kept saying “my manager already canceled the order” no explanation of a refund. Said “if you want something you’ll have to go order again, there is nothing I can do about it” like I get fast food is tough, but you could’ve just not gotten on the phone. The The Meats Pizza was good … The Cinnamon Pull Aparts did not have enough icing … I called as soon as I ordered to request extra icing since via DoorDash they don’tallow special instructions … The woman that answered asked me to wait a couple minutes but I was on hold over 15 minutes my order arrived and she never came back SMH … I actually took a picture of me on hold

I’m not one to normally write reviews but this experience has compelled me to warn others. I placed an order on Valentine’s day for a simple pizza order and brownie. The gentleman that took my order didn’t seem like he was in the best mood, but I understood with it being a festive day and the workers were probably stressed from all the activity of the day. With that in mind I wanted to be as patient and polite as possible despite the efforts to run me away by saying my order wouldn’t be arriving until four hours after me placing it. The order came slightly over an hour after the call which I was pleased about and the delivery guy seemed nice also which was a plus. I tipped the driver but once I saw the order, I realized I received a plain cheese pizza and not pepperoni. Not a huge issue, mistakes happen, and they were seemingly busy all day, so I simply tried calling back and that was when the experience truly took a turn. I was put on hold various times with the same few employees asking me the same two questions for roughly 30 minutes just to put me back on hold and ultimately hanging up on me. I called several more times only to be greeted by the same response. Being patient still, I finally got through to someone who said I could be credited for another pizza the next time I order again but the sheer lack of respect from the other employees who literally huge up when I merely wanted to state an error with my order has deterred me from wanting any interaction with the Papa Johns on green street again. Writing these events doesn’t give justice to how bad the communication was for something so tedious.

The First time we ordered the tracker said it should take about two hours. We assumed it just didn’t work, but unfortunately it did and it really was 2 hours. They sent us a free pizza promo code so we gave it a second chance. The second time the tracker said 24 minutes, but we waited for almost an hour(!) for an almost cold pizza. I don’t think there will be a third time.
Both times the prices were reasonable and the food was not great, but it was OK.

Overall the food isn’t bad but the workers here don’t use any gloves when prepping the food. Who knows what dirty surfaces they touched and then they carry it over when rolling out the dough or adding toppings. Absolutely filthy, will not be reordering again. Should be common standard to use disposable gloves
