The food is good, I love the guacamole, but often, the portions are shorted and pickup orders take quite a bit of time to get, even after the ready time. We got a burrito bowl, burrito, taco, 3 chips, 2 guacamole, and a kids build your own taco yesterday. Neither guacamole was full, one was about 2/3 and the other about 3/4, we were missing an entire bag of chips, and not only did they NOT add the double protein to the bowl, though it was clearly ordered, the bowl was only 2/3 full and the sour cream was runny! Their chips have been greasy and lacking salt.
We’ve sat in the drive through multiple times for 5+ minutes only to make eye contact with multiple employees multiple times, without being acknowledged. Then, someone finally walks over, grabs our bag off the shelf, and let’s us go. All of that to say that the delay in pickup service is not due to the order not being ready.
I hope as time goes on, they find their groove and are able to provide great service and great quality food.

Today was BOGO with purchase of any burrito. At 9:45pm sign on door informed customers that they were only taking on-line oders. The BOGO promo requires In Store ordering. So it looks like they decided the BOGO promo did not apply to this store. This store made Chipotle as a whole look bad.

2 stars only because at the end of checking out they were friendly. Every employee looked so miserable. No greeting after standing there for 2 minutes. The one dude was nice when he started talking to us. The reviews about the portions are accurate. Double chicken to be a very small scoop of chicken. There’s more sour cream in my bowl than anything. This place is a mess. I want to request a refund from corporate.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I came here. I was the only customer inside the store and there were NO workers to be seen, but there was chicken cooking unattended (and some pieces were on the floor). It took 5 minutes for the worker to come out and I’m pretty sure he was the only one there. He dropped his pile of dirty dishes on the counter where he was cutting the meat. Several ingredients were empty and one of the salsas had freezer burn. After seeing the unsanitary conditions I just walked out. DONT GO HERE

I am leaving this review to simply praise an employee. Walking in I could tell this place was EXTREMELY short staffed. Also, extremely busy! The girl working the counter, deserves to be praised! She was the only one on the line working up front. With a line all the way to the door. I didn’t see one guest ask her how she was doing, let alone say hi. I can’t imagine how she felt. I do know, she put her feelings aside and worked her tail off! Tondrea I see you girl and may God bless you!! Keep up the hard work, it will take you places in this life. Management… Not only does she deserve a raise, but she deserves some help in that place! Y’all are clearly turning and burning, making that money. Spend some money and put some employees in there. Sheesh.

I’m not from around here, I’m just passing through. Chipotle closes at 11:00 p.m. and I and I arrived at about 10:15 p.m. but when I walked in the door the only employees that I could see were the three that were sitting in front of me all on their phones in the chairs that customers sit in to eat their food. And immediately one of the employees as I walked up asked me if I had read the signs on the door, to which I replied I’m not very good at reading things. She then proceeded to explain to me that all they had was chicken and rice left there was nothing else. I said okay well could you give me chicken and rice to fill up the whole bowl, to which she replied no they can only give me the same amount that they would give even without any of the other ingredients. So I said thank you anyway and I left. I just really think if they’re completely out of everything they should at least fill up the bowl with the amount of food that you would have gotten if they had all the ingredients, and they should have all their ingredients regardless.

This is a brand new restaurant that had 2 managers in it that apparently don’t know how to manage and put their staff in serious anxiety mode they were out of food 2x within an 1.5 that we sat and waited and was told 2x that we had wait for rice and regular chicken and not one manager said a word to anyone. The drive through was running smooth entire time there food everywhere pots and pans everywhere the front Mgr had an attitude and rolled her eyes the entire time. This was our 2nd time being in there it is atrocious and solely management’s fault.

Where to start… walking into the store should have been red flag number one. The staff was arguing over who was going on break, nobody greeted me or anyone else that walked in with me. The girl that made my food had headphones in, and was clearly not wanting to be there. I asked for brown rice, she started scooping white. I asked for vinaigrette — she straight up ignored me.
Then once you get further down the line, they’re out of EVERYTHING! No cheese, no pico, no guacamole, no sour cream…..
Get home, chips are stale, food is cold… good grief. I’m not one to complain, but this store needs a serious adjustment given my experience & the other reviews.

I really don’t try to write negative reviews but I’ve heard so much flax about chipotle online lately about maggots in food and how unclean this business has been and so I haven’t ate chipotle in probably 2 years.
Well I know this particular location was newer and I was starving after church and gave it a try. I should’ve walked out as soon as I walked in because the place was disgusting. Food all over the floor (I know it’s fast food and I know after a lunch rush things can fly. I’ve worked in fast food before) but man this place was gross. And I only saw 4 workers. One poor girl on drive through by her self and 4 other works goofing off and the poor drive through girl had to yell someone to help me.
Two of the other employees were cursing in front of me about cleaning.
They were out of 2 meats and they were out of chips because “they didn’t have time to prep this morning” I ordered a bowl, you should’ve said you didn’t have chips when I ordered a bowl. That’s one of the points of coming to chipotle for the chips and when you order a bowl. Looks like I’m not eating chipotle again.
