This the 2nd time the guy with the long hair has told me their closing & it’s a hour left of the store being open. He don’t look clean either yall should make him wear a hair net also. But my 2nd time having a bad experience with him only him. I walked in he the place is closed so I left & drove by 5 to 10mins later & he’s serveing people. Smh…

The employee seriously served me a drink that was overfilled. I mean the smoothie was clearly overpoured and the guy smooshed the lid on it. Think about the smoothie a dripping down the 360 of the outside of the cup, piling on the counters, sticky, messy, and the smoothie was in two cups. No apology, no courtesy heads upc, no effort to clean the mess. Just my named called and a turned back to messy smoothie cups. I should’ve took a picture but I was so baffled I just took the liberty to clean up the cup and the counter because I wasn’t going to let a foolish teen change my attitude. The second employee did seem to notice the mess but also stood back as I cleaned up his mistake. I’m not sure I’ll ever return to this locational again because I felt disrespected that the employee thought it was okay to serve a drink to anyone that way.

Never been to Smoothie King ever and probably won’t be back, at least this location. Walked in wasn’t greeted I had to speak first and even when I did speak he didn’t speak back.. as I was going to order a girl walked out the back with no uniform, and really short, shorts and a long jacket looked like she just got out of bed as she’s walking out from the back she’s fixing her hair, putting it back up in a ponytail and DOESNT wash her hands she proceeded to make what I ordered I went and handed the $50 bill to the gentlemen and he told me he couldn’t take it.. my order was $20+ how can you not take a $50 bill? This was 6/9/23 @ 4:50-5 pm. Very disappointed.
