I am visiting from Raleigh and not only do their prices beat Raleigh but the food! Y’all their food is so good. I’ve been here twice in one week and both times the food has been fresh. I mean so fresh no old rice, no still vegetables, the shrimp don’t smell or taste funky. I only took off a star for atmosphere as this is a typical Chinese restaurant four to go orders. And I don’t have a picture because every time I’ve ordered I start eating in the car

This place’s food is pretty good. I mostly order from here because the pork eggrolls tasted just like the ones from where I used to live. However they have changed 1 or 2 things in the last month with the eggrolls. The texture of the filling isn’t as nice. It’s… fluffy? The flavor is off, also. It was bad enough when they started putting less filling in a few years ago, but now they taste nothing like what I expect and love.

The food is very expensive and not good. The rice is just plain rice with food coloring; it has no flavor whatsoever, and I paid almost $20 for my meal, and they don’t even offer white sauce or ginger sauce. To top it all off, the service is terrible. I spent 15 minutes trying to get the cashier to understand my order because nobody in the establishment speaks English.

We visited this place, obviously; because we had the taste for orientation food. The hostess appeared to get upset because neither of us could understand her questions. Another lady comes to the counter, and her dialect wasn’t much better!! So, because I don’t eat pork, I had to change my rice from pork fried rice to white rice. No problem! Then my order comes with an egg roll. Pork also. So I switched to a vegetable roll. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! My coworker showed me Her egg roll and looked at mine. Hers was a regular sized egg roll and mine looked like a Tootsie roll!!! Literally, the size of my pinky!!!! Yet, the cost of my meal stayed the same!! Not going to frequent here, for sure!!

Clean and bright. Place stayed busy at dinnertime. Had steamed dumplings and fried wings with fries. Mixed my sauce with hubby’s garlic sauce from steamed veggies and white rice. We both had a pleasant dinner and killed off ALL if it. Do like, will likely return. Recommend calling ahead to order, as they get busy.

I think I’ve only given one other restaurant a five-star review. This little place is awesome and is my Chinese go-to. The Gen Tsos chicken has real chicken in it, unlike many places where it’s mostly bread. Steamed dumplings are amazing. Love their egg rolls. Excellent food … always the same … very large portions … very fast service. We love this place. However when I call in an order and they don’t say “Bout ten minute”. That makes me sad.

I only order my Chinese to go from here. I love the shrimp fried rice, dumplings, crab rangoon, lo mein, egg drop and wonton soups… the list goes on. Food is always ready in 10mins.
