Wow, wow, wow. I have been to a few Japanese Steakhouses, but this was by far one of the best in Metro Detroit. Not packed, very clean and amazingly friendly service.
The chef made a great show, and cooked our steak and seafood and chicken to perfection. And at the end we had so much leftovers, enough for another day.
They deliver, a hidden gem in plain sight. Thank you.

Gabby our waitress was such a sweetheart and provided perfect service from beginning to end. She provided great ideas and really helped our two young kids be as comfortable as possible. Chow was our chef and he was great as well and entertaining. Food was very good all around. Kids got chicken and fried rice and my wife and I split filet and shrimp. We also got two sushi rolls. Everything was great and would definitely go back!

Gabby made our visit wonderful with her kind and attentive service, especially helping our kids feel at ease. Chow was entertaining and cooked everything perfectly. The food, from the kids’ chicken and fried rice to our filet, shrimp, and sushi rolls, was all delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Took my wife for a date night as hibachi is one of our favorites. Pretty typical set-up and atmosphere for this kind of restaurant. Service was not good as we had longer waits for everything. The kicker was when the chef gave the perfectly cooked scallops meant for my wife to another person sitting at the table (who did order scallops also but I’m pretty sure he gave her a double portion). When we pointed it out he apologized and then tried to quick cook some new ones for her but it was obviously rushed and sloppy compared to the perfectly seared and seasoned ones he gave away. She was so disappointed and it pretty much ruined the experience. They tried to charge us for the scallops but I insisted they take them off our bill which they did. Won’t be going back…

This hibachi place manages to take something that’s supposed to be fun and turn it into a letdown. The “show” was rushed and awkward—no energy, no interaction, just clanging spatulas and vibes of “let’s get this over with.” If you’re coming for entertainment, don’t.
The food was even worse. Overcooked meat, mushy vegetables, and fried rice that tasted like it had been sitting around since the previous table. Everything was aggressively salty, like that was supposed to make up for the lack of flavor. Portions were nothing special for the price, which is wild considering hibachi is already expensive.
Service was slow and disorganized, and we waited forever just to get started while the grill stayed cold. For a hibachi restaurant, that’s kind of the whole point. Overall, it felt overpriced, underwhelming, and completely skippable. Plenty of better hibachi spots out there—this isn’t one of them.
