Corner cutting at its finest. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have had enough because of this store. Ever since their “rebranding” around late 2024, their prices have increased, and their food quality has declined, as well as their service. I cant remember the last time I heard a “Welcome to Moe’s” I guess it cuts into their profits too much to greet their customers. Instead I walked into an empty building had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out and take my order. Also their app is completely broken. I’ve been locked out of my account (which I had for years) if they can look up my account by phone number in their system there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to log into the app with my phone number

This location is exceptional!!!! Brooke and Bre are just fantastic!!! The food is always fresh and delicious! I come for Moe’s Monday where you can get a burrito or a bowl for like 8.99! I love their salsa station where you can pick out the salsa and sauces that you want! They really take care of everyone so fast so you never wait in line long at all! They keep the entire restaurant extremely clean! I used to love chipotle more but now I’m a Moe’s man! I mean Moe’s queso is the best, even when I used to prefer chipotle, I liked Moe’s queso better. I always get the white meat chicken burrito bowl with a salad base. I also love how Moe’s always gives free chips and salsa with every entree! You absolutely must try out this location if you are in the falls you will not be disappointed! If you are there on a Monday, you might even see me!

I attended a Sabres game where it was advertised. That fans would receive 50% off at Moe‘s nowhere did it state that this was for select locations only. I called the Sabres directly and they confirmed the promotion as well. I went to Moe’s. I ordered my food, showed my game ticket at checkout and was then told they do not honor the promotion no warning no signage. Nothing until it was time to pay. I was also told that the Moe’s Downtown does honor it, which is confusing since I’m pretty sure they’re owned by the same person very frustrating experience and poor communication. If you’re going to advertise the promotion, it should be honored or clearly disclosed upfront not impressed!

I ordered uber eats for lunch. Two bowls one with chicken and one with ground beef. I received my order that did not contain any type of chicken or beef. Very disappointed but hungry. The food is tasty and hot. I also asked for a side of salsa verde and a side of hot sauce that I never received. Food is fresh and good portions. Just read your checks!!!!!

Welcome to Moe-hammeds. This location has absolutely the worst most disgusting food in the industry. They should honestly just close. I got horribly sick from this Gsrbage and it was served cold.
