This charming dessert shop is conveniently located just a few steps from Centreville Hmart Korean Grocery, specializing in delightful Korean-inspired desserts like Bingsoo and Croffle, along with other sweet treats such as macaroons and cheesecake, plus a great selection of coffee and tea. We chose the Matcha Latte and the Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, and both delivered exceptional quality Matcha and fantastic flavor. The Strawberry Matcha was particularly refreshing, perfectly balancing the richness of green tea with the sweetness of strawberry—an ideal choice for summer. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, the ordering process through the kiosk is straightforward and efficient, and our drinks were prepared in no time.

3/5: Cup bingsu (matcha and fruit)
Bingsu was fine, but it’s hard to balance that many toppings into that particular cup shape, so stuff kept falling off as we tried to eat it.
We all wished there was more drizzle (top AND bottom), because the shaved ice didn’t have much flavor.
We also wished there were more crunchy frosted flakes but again, space is an issue.
We’ve had bingsu from other places nearby that we liked better, so we’ll just stick with those. We wanted to give this place a try but were disappointed. Maybe their other items are better?

I was excited to try this place out, the first visit was fine.
On my most recent visit though it was a completely different story, instead of handling the issue professionally the manager completely lost control and caused a scene in front of other customers. It was embarrassing and unnecessary.
We were dressed in our cultural attire, and to tell you the truth the way we were treated felt rather discriminatory and hostile. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that way. I won’t be returning.

We had a great time at this cafe for dessert with my family. My husband and I were visiting from Maryland and we decided to take the fam out for dessert. We ended up trying bingsoo for the first time time after I saw another family order a really tasty looking large bingsoo to share! We got some puffles and ice creams and drinks. We got boba and hot tea as well as a cappuccino. Come with some time to spare, sit down , relax and enjoy some tasty treats 🙂 they had fantastic service and they are so so sweet and nice. My two little brothers had a great time as well; they are 8 and 13

This place is so cute- like really adorable with pink theme!
so adored the ice cream cone decorations on the wall and the menu pictures. I ordered the fruit-topped croffels, and they were so delicious with just right amount of sweetness in the cream. I’m definitely going to revisit it with my friends!

I visited again, one of my order came 5 minutes later and the second one 25 minutes later. There was no guests ahead of us…. please work on the speed of service.
Bingsoo was delicious, but it took almost 40 minutes to get my order ready. Not many tables or chairs inside. Super small cafe.

Must-try desserts in Centreville VA.
✨️ Fruit Bingsoo: HUGE, probably my favourite bingsoo I’ve had. It wasn’t too sweet and had a plethora of fruit. Highly reccomend.
✨️ Strawberry parfait: New item! I’m so glad we got to try it, absolutely delicious and LOADED. I personally think it’s a must-try and really aesthetic.
✨️ Panacotta: One of my favourite desserts! Also a new item and my 2nd favourite thing we tried.
✨️ Ube latté: SO good! It was a perfect balanced beverage.
✨️ Tteokbokki: loved the self-serve tteokbokki & ramen machine, I usually only see them in gaming places. Classic lil’ snack that can do no wrong!
✨️ Cookies & cream puffle: This was tasty and another sharable with classic flavours.
✨️ Strawberry croffle: Their croffle was perfect! It was crispy on the outside hut dense and fluffy on the inside.

Utterly disappointing experience. I ordered a small vanilla soft serve in a cone with fruity pebbles (note: it did not say “rounds” on the kiosk), and my friend ordered the affogato matcha. I initially really wanted the cup bingsoo, but could not justify paying $12 for a cup (seriously, in this economy) and went with the soft serve instead. The soft serve was grainy and had a weird texture (which you can see on camera), and started melting immediately. I was also given fruit loops (see note above) instead of fruity pebbles. I accepted that, but it had barely any toppings, since the owner said they couldn’t do anything about it because I ordered it in a cone. Mind you, I paid an extra $0.25 for a topping… so, I said, “That’s it?” and asked for a cup, which had barely anything in it, and he said I can “dip” my cone in… dip it in what, sir?? My friend said his order was “good”, but would rate it a 3/10 due to the lack of portion compared to what was on the kiosk, ESPECIALLY for the price. We ultimately felt scammed and will not be returning again. Also, there are no trash cans inside? It was not very clear where to put our trash/dishware when we were done.
EDIT: I’ve been looking through past reviews to see how management has responded to complaints. Attached is a response that is clearly copied and pasted, pay attention to the “reach out to us directly at [Phone number or email address]”… really? You couldn’t have bothered to at least fill it in? I would expect at least a sincere, personalized response rather than something they found from AI or online. It’s very clear they do not know how to address concerns.

I came in and asked the older man a simple question. He went off on me in front of everyone giving me no chance to speak up or defend myself. If they are unable to remake drinks which I understand is my fault it should have been left at that. The manager is so rude and has horrible customer service. The place itself has nice drinks but the customer service is absolutely horrible.
