This place is SO good! Spent a week in Orlando eating at theme parks and other specialty places, but this place – delivered to our hotel via DoorDash – was probably the best meal we had. My husband and I both did the boxed lunch. I can’t say enough good things about the Ghost Pepper Chicken. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had.
The potato salad and Belgian cookie were a little underwhelming but I think that was truly just owing to how incredible the sandwich was. My husband got the seasonal peppermint cookie instead and it was amazing.
Can’t recommend enough – try this place!

We had a Celebration of life for my sister on Sunday. The catering from here was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The food was delicious!! The presentation was perfect as well. Will definitely drive to pick this up from Daytona Beach.

They gave us a LOT of food, a ton of meat, and it was all well made! I’ve had a lot of Fitlife foods and this was 10x as good and about the same price. We got a bunch of salad bowls and 4 person dinners while we moved to Orlando and I highly recommend them and would order again anytime I don’t have time to cook. I expected teeny meals and that a 4 person meal wouldn’t make it with 2 people eating it, wrong it lasted and was more than plenty for both of us to have two meals!! They give so much meat I wanted more rice, but I’m not gonna complain about that, they definitely don’t cheap out on ya and give you lots of the good stuff. None of the meat was dry. Everything has tons of flavor. Super impressed by this meal prep company and the timely delivery!

I ate at the location inside the Mall at Millenia. They had more healthy options than I could imagine. I went with a create your own bowl. Service was fast and food quality was great. Keto, vegan and vegetarian options. If you need a quick healthy meal to go I recommend this place!

FAVORITE PLACE FOR LUNCH!! I work around the corner and this is my go to lunch spot. The 1 time I had an issue out of the 100 times I’ve ordered they fixed it right away. I was missing an ingredient in my salad minor issue that was handled with amazing customer service. Can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to make sure I got two correct fresh salads. The Carne Asada salad will forever be my favorite salad ever I get it with the Parmesan peppercorn dressing it’s the best!! Also their Buffalo chicken sandwich is SO GOOD!!! Thank you again Ghost Kitchen I love you lol

I always get the power bowl and it’s probably the best bowl I’ve had in town. It’s a delicious hearty meal, (great portion) that’s always fresh, and always made consistent. I’ll always re-order it. <3
