I recently visited Marco’s Pizza and had a delightful experience. I opted for a to-go order and chose the small All Meat Pizza. The flavors were fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal The service was prompt and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience
I must note that I ate the pizza about an hour after I purchased it, which might explain why the cheese wasn’t stretching as it would right out of the oven. However, this didn’t diminish my enjoyment of the pizza in the least. The quality of the ingredients and the savory combination of meats made it a satisfying meal
In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I captured a video of my visit, which I’ve shared. It’s important to appreciate that the deliciousness of a pizza doesn’t solely rely on the cheese stretch, but rather on the overall taste, and Marco’s Pizza excelled in that department.

My wife ordered 5 pizzas at 6:00 PM to be delivered by or around 7:00 PM. The charge went through, she left a tip for the driver. 7:40 rolls around, still no pizza. On the app it shows delivered. She called this Marcos location and was told they made our pizzas, but the drivers never took them and now they were cold. They apologized and stated they would make her new ones and refund her. She came to pick them up, was spoken to very rude by the manager who explained they never made the new pizzas and they could either refund the money or make new pizzas, not both. We had 15 people waiting at our house for food that was never delivered, all of whom are Marcos customers, all of whom won’t purchase food from them anymore. I’d rather drive past that Marcos to another pizza place just so I don’t have to deal with rude incompetent people.

Made a very large online order at 7:15 and the email stated it would be delivered by 8:30. The online tracker would not update to show where the order was in the process but that’s not a big issues. I called at 8:15 and was told it would be another 45 mins that they just started on the order. I called AGAIN at 8:50 and was told my order was “dispatched” and should be delivered shortly. At 9:40 when the order STILL had not been delivered i drove up to the store, which is a 10 min drive from my address to be told that the driver left the store 10 mins ago and should be there shortly. I asked how many orders he was delivering and was told our order was the only one he was delivering. I complained to the store because again it’s been nearly 3 hours from submitting the order they can’t give an answer of when I would get it and they just shrugged their shoulders. I headed back to my house and got a call stating that when I called and “added stuff to my order” (which I never did) it added our order to someone else’s order. They offered to remake the order which I told them I wanted a refund because again the delay in getting it delivered. Spent another 20 mins on the phone with a manager who couldn’t figure out how to do a full refund because of their screw up. After another 15 mins of being on hold the manager stated that she figured it out and would also give me a $20 credit to that store. Highly disappointed in how it all was handled and left my friends and 4 kids hungry.

Generally yummy tasting pizza that is mostly on time. Always do pickup so I don’t know what delivery experience is like. Service inside is not always super attentive or cordial. Could use some work in that regard. I keep coming back though so it’s not that big of a turnoff.

Pretty please work on your customer service! Takes less than 10 seconds to acknowledge someone. Busy or not, you should greet your customers. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes before finally going inside.. waited another 5 when I decided to speak up. There were two other ladies in there waiting that felt the same way and were frustrated as well.

For some reason Hungry Howies did not open until 3 PM yesterday. We thought that we would give Marcos on Shug Jorden a try as it is close to our place in Auburn Al. The service was excellent. The lady on the phone was helpful in placing our order. She said that it would be ready in twenty minutes. We arrived early and it was ready. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had both heard about Marcos being good and were anxious to try the pizza. We got the thin crust delux. We found it to be very dry and it was just lacking. It appeared to be prepared right but to us it just fell short of our expectations.
