Honestly some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in this area. Super flavorful, crispy batter, and juicy. Was kind of shocked to see it so empty inside at 6pm.

Best chicken in town! I’ve ordered from here numerous times and have been consistently impressed by the tenderness and flavor of their chicken. The Chick-N-Deluxe is my favorite with the Boom Boom sauce and fries. The fries are cooked to perfection each time and it is evident they are made for each order. Their sauces are house made and all worth sampling at least once. The Bang Surf and Turf Burger is delicious with grilled butterfly shrimp and bacon jam offering unique flavors. The service is prompt and friendly. I recommend coming here to try the chicken, house made sauces, and fries!

First visit and will definitely go back. My wife and I both had the Build Your Own Rice Bowl and 2 Chicken Summer Rolls with peanut sauce. Food was delicious, prices were reasonable and service was great. We agreed that the Summer Rolls were the best we’ve ever had.

I greatly apologize as each time I order the Cilantro Chicken, I am never able to take a picture. The Cilantro Chicken is so good my daughter wants to celebrate her birthday dinner at Three Sisters Chicken, 1025 South State Street Ephrata, PA 17522. We have tried the other delicious selections off the menu such as the very flavorful broasted chicken, curries, and General Tso chicken, but this happens to be our favorite chicken bowl with Jasmine rice.
The staff is kind and very service oriented. I wish to eat outside on the deck sometime in the future. I usually order takeout as a small business with a few high top tables and bench seating tables. Your children will likely enjoy the Bubble Tea offerings.

3 sisters’ chicken is serving the best fried chicken in Central PA! It’s cooked to order so you’re guaranteed fresh, crispy, juicy chicken every time. The sides we tried were fries, Mac and cheese, and fried rice. We were not disappointed with any of it. We also had a delicious cookie to end our visit. The seating inside was comfortable and the ambiance was pleasant. Outside was pretty and even featured a giant connect 4 game that we saw a family enjoy while waiting for their food. The restrooms were clean and had the best smelling soap! Last, but certainly not least, the owner was the sweetest person ever. She has such a big heart and puts everything into what she does. We will absolutely be back again! You cannot miss out on this amazing restaurant.

We love their chicken but tonight we tried the wings with boom boom sauce. I am not shy to say, this will be our new wing go too. Absolutely delicious. Crispy, tender and moist and amazing flavor. YUM!! We always get our food to go.

The food was excellent, that’s truly what matters most. They didn’t seem prepared to be handling both take out and dine-in orders though. Service could’ve been better (ex: we got our food but no one brought plates, napkins or utensils. I had to ask twice to get some). But again, the chicken egg rolls and fried chicken we ordered were absolutely delicious!

Great family owned restaurant. The owners are very kind, the food is great, and so is the service. I will be sure to return soon, and I have recommended this place to family who will soon be visiting to give it a try. This chicken is more unique, as the chicken is not your standard fried chicken. They use the broasting technique and they have mastered it in my opinion. Try the fried chicken, and make sure you give the bubble teas a try also!

I got the four piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. My wife got a chicken sandwhich with fries. Everything was amazing. The chicken was done perfectly, and so juicy and moist! We sat outside on the covered deck, very nice atmosphere.

The service was was awesome. We had the General Tso chicken and 2 piece fried chicken as well as the chicken egg rolls for an appetizer. The chicken was great. The General Tso meal was okay. I wouldnt say it was bad or great, it did the job.

Absolutely mind blowing. I can tell you it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to fried chicken and 3 sisters is the best around. First bite, I was hooked. The pickled vegetables are a must. Get the bone in chicken pieces. This is fried chicken on its highest possible level. I’ve eaten at some of the “best fried chicken spots” in the country and this goes far beyond most of them.
