Food was disgusting. I asked for buffalo hot wings and I got sweet wings. The pizza was dried out and cold. I ordered my food at 4 o’clock and didn’t get it till 730 never again will I order from this place.

Marcello of Camden City Does not disappoint, I ordered a Large Chicken alfredo Pasta extra Broccoli it was worth it totally this is about the third time ordering this Dish. The person who answered the phone is so rude and impatient.. he got mad because another customer didn’t know what they wanted. And I guess because I order the same family special and was explaining to him what I wanted on the sandwich he was upset n rolling his eyes and throwing them up in the air. Not knowing my husband was they already to pick up the order.You would think he would show me some kinda respect I’m was a loyal customer and so was my brother. But it’s okay. Because you will never get another dollar outta me!!!!!!!!!

Me and my husband have a movie night with our friends once a week and we always order at least 2 pies and wings. We ordered a pineapple pizza and when it was came realized it was plain. So we call and tell them that it’s missing the pineapple to which they respond “did you check inside?”. We . So let them know that of course we checked thoroughly there was no pineapple on the pizza. So they told us they’d come pick up the pizza and make a new pineapple one which they also said would take at least an hour. So we asked if they could credit us for the pineapple which is only 2 dollars more. They said that they would and we kept the cheese pizza. When we ordered the next week they pretended like they didn’t remember what happened (my husband heard them speaking in Spanish talking about the very situation that happened so we know they remembered). They claimed they needed to ask the manager and he wasn’t in until Tuesday which kind you was a week from then because it was a Wednesday. So overall they refused to give us a 2 dollar credit for pineapple and they lost customers that would’ve been ordering at least once a week 65 dollars worth of stuff. Terrible customer service. Will never be eating there again.

I have been ordering from this place for over a year. The food is always delicious. Tonight was the first time I ordered a steak and cheese. Stromboli was worried about ordering it cause I’ve had it from other places and it’s not so good but let me just say this was one of the best Stromboli’s I’ve ever had delicious. I just called and ordered a large pie and some wings cheesesteak I see this place has good reviews. The only one giving better reviews is the same female Lugo as I notice she gives bad reviews about all the restaurants. Maybe she needs to start cooking and stop ordering out because she’s giving bad reviews on everything that she orders. I think Marcellos is a good place and their food is great.
