We LOVE this place. Always open. Reliable. Friendly to us although it’s obviously primarily Hispanic they always make us feel welcome. Fantastic plantains, fantastic quesadillas, mole is great… pricing is awesome. Hands down 5 stars!

I got carnitas and barbacoa tacos. My carnitas tacos were pretty dry, but the barbacoa was fantastic. The salsa verde was great, too. My favorite part was the bar that has spicy pickled onions. I’ll definitely be back to try other things.

This is a great place. Today was my second time meeting the owner lady. She was very nice tell me how to make some Mexican beef soup and then show me the products to make it with. So I’m about to get out an 80 year old electric skillet and get it going.

Just get the asada plate yummy i love the sliced potatoes it comes with or the texas fajitas steak chicken and shrimp corn tortillas….got to bar n add some salsas if u like! I always but a whole avocado from there produce n chop it up when i get home bussin !!! Mr ricky loveddddd this place once a week he wanted me to go get us a plate we switched back n forth but he liked the fajitas!!!

Hidden gem. The restaurant inside serves delicious food. Small restaurant with a few tables. I got the cheese Pupusas and ate them there. So good. Took some Barbacoa home to the family and had it for dinner. Will definitely be back.

Lots of nice veggies that are fresh. Sadly, no chicken in the butcher area, but found good prices on odds and ends for giant tortillas, laundry items, utensils, bath items. It has a lot of variety. Just wanted chicken that day, but not available. I didn’t eat in. But saw the meal a man had ordered fresh. Looked delish!

My go to place for tacos and pupusas in Gainesville. They also have the convenience of a mini market (small choice of meats, snacks, otc meds, veggies, fruits, breads) and tables for dine in. Asada, carnitas, barbacoa y pollo . The chicharrón y queso pupusas are really good.
