Tried to call ahead at 645 to place my order no answer, so I just went to the store got there at 653 kid says “sorry we are closed” told him I tried to call ahead to place my order and he said “oh yeah sorry we were cleaning up.” If you don’t want my damn business I’ll take it somewhere else. Why even say open till 7 how about just say open till we feel like. Not my business or my employees but I would be pretty angry as an owner.

Asked for a stuffed crust pizza and cheesy bread. Got a stuffed pizza and in 30 minutes they couldn’t bother making the cheesy bread. Caught eye rolls from the 2 kids working when i attempted to ask for it, and settled for a desert pizza instead. Food service in this town is pathetic. Tired of kids not being taught manners or work ethic.

Call ahead works perfect. The thin crust pizzas are just as we like them. We rather have an Italian sausage and the sausage they’re using now.

Ordered pizza online. Said would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later. Pizza not done. Waited 20 more minutes. Chinchy on the toppings. If we want a cheese pizza would have ordered one. Previous experience with Papa Murphy’s in another town in another state was always good everything measured out. Dark dingy store. Won’t be back.

it was ridiculously hot in there. the manager/owner should not have the staff working in that heat. sounds like nothings being done about it as well. good food though and workers are very nice regardless of the heat.

Got two pizzas tonight. One 5 dollar pepperoni for their Friday deal and one Mediterranean pizza that they forgot to put chicken on. Both tasted good but wish they didn’t forget toppings. Check them before you leave I guess.

Very hot inside the building it was ridiculous to make people work in a oven. Friendly staff regardless.

Does anyone know who owns the Papa Murphy’s in Fremont? I would like to contact them about the horrible experience I had there today. I walked in and 2 people were working, one young lady and a young man. Both of them looked right at me, turned their backs and ignored me for 3-4 minutes. The young man even walked to the back to get a pizza crust and looked at me a second time as he came back to the front…..nothing. Meanwhile he had his blue tooth speaker on the back counter loudly playing profanity laced music. I finally spoke up and asked if they were really going to ignore a customer walking in and standing right in front of them, and playing that music in the store. He shut off his music and said “sorry” and they both just stood there…….nothing. I asked for the owners name and number and they said it’s Tony Beck out of council bluffs, of course they didn’t know the number. We’ve been going there weekly for years and the last 2 times have been horrible service, which is too bad because we like the pizza. Needless to say, I didn’t order a pizza tonight. Any assistance on who to contact would be appreciated.

I walked into the Fremont store at 5:13pm and ordered 4 pizzas. There was one young kid that took my order and was making pizzas. There were 2 people ahead of me that had ordered. Another young kid was back in the kitchen washing dishes. The kid out front could not keep up with taking orders and making pizzas. I did not leave with my pizzas until 5:50pm. I had to ask the employee to get a new pair of gloves because he never took them off after using the register. He just went back to making pizzas. People that had come into the store after and ordered received their pizzas before me. On line orders were made before mine. The young boy in the back finally came out and started helping. He could really move. I believe the other young boy was new. One of the pizzas I ordered was chicken, bacon artichoke. Guess what?? When I got home there was no chicken on the pizza. Where was management?? I don’t really blame the 2 young kids and I was not rude to either of them but it is unacceptable to wait 37 minutes for 4 pizzas. I never complain outwardly, I just will never go back.

I love that you take it home and bake it yourself, it’s fresh that way! They have a good variety of toppings and pizzas that the other pizza chains don’t offer, like the Chicago stuffed and salami topping. I also really like that they accept EBT because you do bake it yourself, that’s a big plus! They have a lot of specials, like $5 large pepperoni, sausage or cheese pizzas on Fridays, which are great for families!!
