Walked in and my family was greeted by staff.
Not so busy around that hour. Issac took our order and recommended the #43 CHIPOTLE, no hesitation. He recommended the way he likes it, Mikes Way (although we didn’t order it with his preference of adding pepperoni, we could only imagine how much better it would’ve been). The sandwich was made with love and enjoyed accordingly. Nice job Isaac and this store.

This Jersey Mike’s is normally really really awesome. The staff is usually insanely peppy, very talkative, and it’s overall a very pleasant vibe. However, I came in right around closing on Christmas Eve though, not knowing they were closing early, and they all literally looked like they wanted to kill me. I’ve worked fast food, I know it sucks sometimes, but come on guys. Zero conversation, though I tried twice, they wouldn’t even look me in the eyes, they all glanced at the clock multiple times, and complained about equipment throughout making the two sandwiches
I tipped 25 bucks for the two sandwiches I got. If I saw a single smile, I would have tipped double. Pretty disappointing.
But overall, this place is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Aaron, Taylor, and certainly Isaac are all employees Jersey Mike’s’ is genuinely fortunate to have on their team. I met them all on Christmas Eve, eve and they each could not have been kinder, personable, or more professional. Truly exceptional service!

The #13 Mike’s Way hit like a flavor bomb went off in my mouth—meats sliced so fresh I heard them apologize to the cow, bread softer than my future excuses, and that oil & vinegar drizzle? Straight-up illegal levels of delicious.
The crew moved like a well-oiled sandwich SWAT team: lightning-fast, zero attitude, and they wrapped it tighter than my jeans after Thanksgiving. Greeted me like family, sent me off smelling like an Italian vacation I can’t afford.
Every other sub place can now retire in shame.
Manager, your people are wizards. Give them raises, crowns, and maybe a sandwich-shaped trophy.
Already planning tomorrow’s visit. Tell the prosciutto I’m coming back for round two. Also Isaac is the GOAT

This is the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to! So clean and the sandwiches are always put together with care! The employees are ALWAYS so kind and friendly! Isaac is a gem! He’s so personable and he really ties a bow on the whole experience! I love supporting this store!!

I have been coming here for the past 5 months or so and I will say there’s a reason I come multiple times a week, not only do they offer gluten free bread and are very clean and safe when it comes to my celiac disease. The staff is amazing, Tommy, Issac, Dylan, and Brandon always have me leaving with a smile on my face!
