You all SUCK! I have to deal with a rude worker at the location I visit and go back and forth with her to tell her how I want the sandwich made that I paid for! I am missing 2 tickets towards my free sub. My last sub that I PAID for was supposed to be free but you all didn’t apply my past 2 purchases. Then when I contact customer service, I can’t ever get in touch with customer support. And finally when you all reach out from the issue I had, it’s almost a month later but then you have the nerve to email me back saying the issue was resolved when it never was! SHUT SUBWAY DOWN OR FIX THE WAY YOU ALL DO BUSINESS!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I chose this Subway because it is the closest one that does footlong promotions ($6.99 footlong with code 699FL online until 4/1/26). I also used my rewards points in order to get a footlong sub for around $3. I really don’t like the fact that the business knows how much you paid for your online order because I think that may be the reason why they make these subs so scimpy. My footlong lacked tuna, and toppings. I could’ve scraped all of the meat/toppings off of one side and stuffed it in the other side and it might have vaguely resembled a six inch. I literally had to deconstruct the sub in order to even find the tuna because it appeared they had forgotten to put in on the sandwich. If I had paid full price I definitely would’ve returned for a refund. I typically can only finish half of a footlong, but this sandwich was so light I ate the whole thing and was still hungry. Worth the $3 paid, barely. I have never ordered from this location in store, but I really recommend not doing online ordering unless you want a really pathetic sub that lacks meat and toppings.

It is apparent there is new ownership. It used to be my favorite place for sandwiches and good customer service. Today ordered the nachos (placed my review on line). Maybe 4 little pieces of chicken, one small bag of doritoes and told i couldn’t customize! I will definitely not return.

The flavor in the first bite was so good that it went straight to my heart. The staff made the sandwich so delicious that I feel like going back and ordering the same Delight again! Do not eat here!! Ordered rotisserie chicken and it was spoiled tasted absolutely disgusting. I called and yet I was still polite about getting a refund and they just hung up on me and now my calls won’t go through. The man and lady working there act as if they don’t want to work and have terrible customer service.

This was my 1st time at this location. I ordered online for the BOGO special with curbside pickup. They came to the car about 5 minutes after the ready time, and the app showed my order was ready. No biggie. My order was made perfect, with the condiments I had to add in the comment section. However, the meat portion was extremely skimpy.
I will order the extra meat next time, with the same order to compare.

Eat there at your own risk!! The lady making my food coughed on my sandwich twice. The first time I thought I was mistaken but the second time I told the lady she coughed on my sandwich and I did not want it.
To be honest, I think the ladies at this location are nasty. I will not go back. I have a bad feeling about their service. It’s a fake smile on their faces and they never wash their hands before they make the food. I have never felt this way about a restaurant before. I pray I am wrong, but to be safe, I will not go back.

This store is horrible. I made a mobile order of $100+ to be ready by 11am. I arrived at the store at 10:47 to make sure they got it since it’s for a small event. The staff told me it was for a different store. I asked her what’s her store address, and she said she didn’t know. Then I called the store I made an order from Subway App. The phone rang and the same staff picked it up. Then she said the store didn’t receive my order, after I showed her my order in the app and my payment proof. She just asked me to leave and contact customer support. After lots of back and forth, eventually I got my food after waiting for another 30min, and of course it wasn’t ready by 11am. It wasn’t in the way I requested in the app. It was such a frustrating experience that no one should go through for a lunch order.
I cannot believe that I tipped them in the app when I ordered the food. I cannot cancel it.
