Let me start by saying I originally reviewed this location a 2.7/5 stars back on 03/26/24. I’m not sure what has changed since then, but I decided to give it another chance on 05/06/24, and let me say it was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Literally hit every mark. Lots of sauce, lots of toppings, great crust flavor… we also got 2 salads, and they are LOADED like always….. so I figured let’s try it again. So I ordered today, 05/09/24, and once again, we got outstanding pizza. Something has changed, and they have been amazing since lately. I would highly recommend them every time now.

I got some coupons from Hungry Howie’s in the mail, so I thought I’d take the chance to try them at lunch today. I called in my order and asked if coupons are accepted, and the worker who took my order told me to bring in my coupon so he could scan it before I paid. I brought the coupon in and the worker cashing me out did not scan the coupon or honor it. If you’re not going to honor my coupon, TELL ME ON THE PHONE SO I DON’T WASTE MY TIME. The food was mid, but the service was disgusting. Will not be back.

DO NOT GO ACCEPT DOOR DASH ORDERS HERE. Every other hungry Howie’s has food ready on time. Unless you want to spend 20 minutes waiting every time do not accept their orders. Completely unacceptable from this store.

I was just at this location picking up food for lunch at work. When I got to my job about 10 minutes later ready to eat; I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to discover the Sub sandwich pizza wasn’t even the least bit warm. I opened it to see that it was barely even cooked. The bread looked like it was cooked right. But; the Cheese and pepperoni were refrigerator cold; not even melted. Are you people INTENTIONALLY trying to make people SICK..?? Had to put in the microwave to warm it up just to eat part of it. Can’t do anything about it now because I had to go back to work. I will be placing a complaint phone call during my next break. SADLY; this has happened the last couple times I’ve been at this location. This needs to STOP..!! This is in no way; QUALITY Customer Service..!!

Worst Hungry Howie’s ever. Rude Manager, terrible service, and nasty food. Avoid it if you can. Asked for light butter, the sandwich was so drenched that it needed to be thrown away. These people don’t care at all. Their managers are just as bad.

I go here every few months. Love the calzones. Fresh tomatoes, ham, lettuce and Italian dressing. The cheesy bread is good. Pizza is average. Always ask for garlic butter and cheese on crust. Makes it much better.
