We tried 4 different types of tacos and they where all exceptional. Yes there was a wait but there are signs before you enter and at counter letting you know everything is cooked as you order it. Honestly the wait does not outweigh the food. I was surprised that it was super good. Very authentic and you can clearly taste the home made style. When in Mesquite I would definitely come back! FYI their salsas are bit spicy so handle with care.

We stopped here on the way to somewhere else. We were looking for real Mexican food and this place had good reviews. We were not disappointed. It is a little shop in a strip mall but other than that minor deduction on atmosphere this place was awesome!! Highly recommend. It is not fas food. It is sit down or carry out. The pic is the chips and salsa. The chips were FRESH and HOT. Perfect!!

I went in to los Morita’s restaurant on mesquite boulevard in mesquite Nevada.I had a conversation with a young man who was not the owner.He told me the owner was too busy to talk to me.I explained that my Debit card had been compromised in their restaurant. He acted concerned for a minute. That he understood and then he got crazy. I tried to explain to him that my bank. nevada bank and trust had to cancel my Debit card , because some way somehow at los moritas Mexican restaurant in mesquite nevada My debit card had been somehow compromised , stolen if you wil. l And used to buy products through amazon, over a thousand dollars. My bank Nevada bank and trust here in mesquite.Nevada called me immediately and alerted me that they were canceling my card and issuing me a new one. All I did was go into the restaurant and explain that they might Pay attention to what’s going on. I received nothing but grief From some kid. I’m not going to deal with these folks Anymore I suggest anyone stay away from There if you’re going to use your credit card. It’s a shame because they have great food.

This place has the best burrito we have ever had! It is by far one of the better places to eat in Mesquite. The service is slow, because they make the food fresh, but if you are not in a hurry, it is worth the wait.

Food is really good, but the service and wait time is horrible. Think real hard if you wanna wait around for an hour that you could make yourself in less than 5-15 minutes. Idc if they taste good, tacos at home taste just as good and it definitely doesn’t take an hour to make this kind of food. There’s professionalism then there this place. lol try it and find out.

My husband and I have been here a few times and the food was good. Today when we came here, I wanted to order a birria quesadilla, but they were out. So I ordered the taquitos dorados. I am allergic to avocado so I asked if they came with guacamole, and the person said no.
We waited over 30 minutes for our food, while we could hear the staff laughing and talking in the kitchen. We watched others who arrived after us, get their food and leave. When we finally got our food, my taquitos came with avocado on them! I told him i can’t have avocado, he was very short with me and said “they come with avocado” and said “fine” and took them back to the kitchen, and slammed the door. He returned less than 5 minutes later with taquitos with nothing but lettuce and pico de gallo on them. (No cheese.) I was literally afraid to ask for the cheese or salsa because I didn’t want to cause a scene. We ate our food and left, but we won’t be back.

Decided to try this place since we were passing through heading to St george. Most of the items on the menu are burritos, but they also make things that they possibly can make if you request it which we had in the picture a tostada. Just a flat corn tortilla with beans chicken and of course the toppings that you see there. The burrito was well made, everything was fresh. I had the steak burrito, and then I had the fajita burrito to go. Even though the AC was broke, it wasn’t too uncomfortable. But it also wasn’t that hot that day outside it was just a little warm. So if that bothers you until they get it fixed that may not be comfortable to eat and then environment for some. I would probably get it to go next time, because as the days get hotter it’s very uncomfortable sitting while you’re trying to enjoy your food and dealing with the heat. But other than that the food was very good, I do recommend and when I’m passing through again I will be there to try their other items.

Their sign says that they’re not fast food, but I’ve never had to wait long. We’ve had a few things, including the carne asada burrito and various tacos, and everything has been excellent. If you want to get takeout, you have to order by phone since there’s currently no online ordering system.

We ordered the enchiladas caseras, they were good but the sauce is spicy if you don’t like the kick. We ordered a bean and cheese that came with a different kind of red sauce it was more tomato based but was surprisingly good. Really enjoyed the wet bean and cheese the tomato sauce and cream on top with cheese was delicious.
