Pastries are made fresh and good texture to it. You can purchase six baked goods for about $30.00 total. Service is pleasantly simple and quick. Good ambiance to dine-in with coffee or tea.

Bought the last hot dog bun here this morning on September 14th. I was so happy to grab the last one, but when I got home and ate it, it turned out to be moldy!
The staff refunded me $5, which I appreciate, but there was no apology or explanation. I don’t blame the staff personally, but I do hope the store improves its food safety and quality control so this doesn’t happen again.

Okay, they left samples out so I tried most of them. Quite a few things were on the dry side for me. If you’re going to go with any breads, I’d say stick to the Asian fillings like taro or red bean: those were best. I was not impressed by the chocolate stuff. The one thing you definitely have to get from this place is the egg tart. It’s so good, I came before and after dim sum to get more.

I enjoyed Dukes Bakery. I would suggest that you visit earlier in the day. You will have more of a Bakery selection. We arrived late afternoon. Overall we like the quality and variety of the baked goods. They have something for the whole family.

My 2G2G review that was not shared with you: I believe it’s a reasonably good bargain in view of the inflation. But regular price of $5-6 per small bun is outrageous. If you’re not aware, it sells typical Taiwanese bread products and not Hong Kong bakery. Overall, it’s just boring breads. Still more interesting than the Mexican bakery though.

I loved that they had samples out to try. Ended up getting a coconut bread with fermented grape – it was so good!! I love bakeries

Duke Bakery is unique for their breads stuffed with goodies on the inside. I love that they have samples for most of their breads because the sizes are not individually portioned; it’s still good the second day. Commitment is easier once you know you want to indulge in a particular flavor. The breads are consistently soft and fluffy. Our default choices are strawberry milk, taro angel, and choco & blue mt. coffee. They rotate some flavors around and some sell out faster than others. Best bet is to go in the mornings for first picks. Quick note about the milk tea – drink isn’t great, but the boba is QQ; there are plenty of better options.
PS – the parking lot is usually packed; I’d avoid making a special trip during prime time dim sum hours.

I came to buy pastries for my cousin. I decided on some of the cutest mochis I am yet to encounter. They were so pretty, I almost didn’t even want her to eat them. She loved them and said they were not overly sweet but rather “light, airy and perfect.”

The selection was small and there weren’t a lot of things for me personally to get. Their Hokkaido milk toast is good though when toasted

The breads are huge and stuffed with delicious and flavorful flavors. They have try outs with led us to buy even more since they were all so yummy! When we were checking out the lady let us know if we buy one more we would get one for free and she was so helpful and patient! I highly recommend the coconut and pumpkin! The bread were all so soft and fresh! There’s also a coffee and chicken place in the same store. Each bread was around $4-5 on average but the size was bigger than most places like 85.
