Placed my order at 5:30pm tonight, I live 4 miles away from the store. I got my food at 6:45 ice cold. I called the store at 6:00pm and was lied to by the female that answered the phone stating that “your order just came out of the oven and will be to you by 6:45”. I guess the employees don’t know that we can track our orders online. Before I called the store I checked online and saw that my order was waiting to be delivered and was undergoing the quality check. So unless there’s a glitch in the system my food sat made in a box for 30minutes before it left the store. Quality is trash, service is trash. Will go to Papa John’s or somewhere local from now on

Will NOT ever order from this location ever again. I usually order about 3 to 4 times a month and am an excellent tipper. On March 4th I ordered a medium cheese pizza and alfredo pasta. I opened my pizza and was shocked to find a disgusting looking pizza that resembled vomit. It looked like it may have been dropped. I called the place up right after and Marisa answered the phone and offered to make another one. I said no after looking at that pizza, I was no longer hungry for pizza. She then stated she would have the manager call me when she comes in. I said ok thank you and hung up. I waited the rest of the day for that call. I called today to speak with who ever could help me. The general manager, (if that’s what you want to call her) answered and said she knew nothing about the incident and “unfortunately” can’t do anything about it because it’s the next day. I won’t ever waste my time or money at that dump. If they won’t refund me, I will make sure I get my money back whether it’s from corporate or calling my bank for a payment dispute.

Fool me once, fool me twice, not getting a third chance. Twice now they literally drove past my development to make deliveries then arrive with cold food. 1:22 left store, arrived 1:53. Store is 1 mile away.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced bad dominoes until today. It was quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. Pizza was dry with minimal sauce and cheese. Half the pizza itself was crust or bubbles with absolutely zero anything on it. Also wasted money on wings. They drizzled the sauce on top very sparingly. I won’t ever be coming here again and I encourage you to do the same.

In my honest opinion, Domino’s of Millsboro is the best Dominos in the area. The food is always on point and they give great service. I have never had a crew member who was not nice. The manager, Jeff, is fast to handle any issues the customer may run into. The management here goes above and beyond. That’s why I am always ordering here. Thanks Millsboro Dominos. The people who work there don’t know anything about customer service, I walked in there said hello and said I was picking up my order and an older man with glasses and a very short girl with glasses as well BOTH turned around to look and ignored me and had another gentleman get my food. Like do you not know how to speak or what? The food is great but the employees: trash. I get not liking your job but you still have a job to do.
