I have ordered from this location about once a month for the past year. Besides seeing new faces everytime i walk in, they have always produced expected product. The time before this we seen the writing on the wall, attention to detail was slipping. The produce and meat just looked sloppy. I gave them one last shot today. The vegtables looked like they threw it against the wall to “cut it”, and then left in a fridge for a week. I could tell old has been placed on new multiple times by the slime in the tubs. Whats worse, is when i get home the bread is straight dough on the inside. So i called and got met with excuses, no biggie propably first job and dont know how to handle adversity yet. She says all our bread is cooked to time. Then it all came together, i seen them leaving the oven open on cool down cycle and not letting it rest properly, i mean i think thats it if they are supposidly cooking it to the right time. All in all, either the oven is broke, its not cooked to time, or leaving the oven open early is the cause of this. If the attention to detail is there, the person cutting the bread and smashing it flat should have seen the state of the bread and fixed the issue or offered different alternatives. To put the cherry on the top, corprate has added a tip option for this service rendered, but thats a whole nother hole to fall into. Anyways, here is a picture of the dough, er i mean bread

Made pizzas incorrectly on my drive thru order. Didn’t realize until I arrived home. Called to let them know. They were extremely rude and unapologetic. Said if I wanted it remade I could come back. When I explained that going back out wasn’t an option, they said that was the only way. Didn’t take down my name, didn’t seem at all sorry for the inconvenience. Claimed their manager told them that the only way to make the situation right was to bring it back so it could be verified that it was wrong; so basically calling me a liar. The service at this location is horrendous and I hope everyone reads this review. I offered to send them pictures and the lady said they wouldn’t accept that either.

This place is awful! I ordered 3 American clubs last night all of them should have had the same thing on them without tomato. They only had the meat cheese and mayo vinegar and oil. The vinegar and oil over powdered all of it. No veggies at all and there should have been! Then I ordered another American club with everything but no onion and the same thing. I called in there to complain after I got home and they didn’t answer the phone! Called in there this morning and the manager wasn’t in! I’m not happy at all! The pic below is what our subs looked like.

Servers name was Jennifer Hill. I drove back to the store because I asked for extra vegetables on my sandwich and it did not have extra vegetables. I just wanted a sandwich remade correctly. When I got to the window she already had the window open and before I could even say a word she snapped and yelled!!! “That sandwich had extra vegetables on it I made it!!!” That raised my energy because she was disrespectful immediately!!! I told her I don’t care what she says the sandwich is not how I ordered it. I asked for extra and I opened the sandwich and showed her it only had 4 green peppers on it which proves that’s not extra! She said her supervisor would yell at her if she put more than the amount of vegetables she put on the sandwich. I then said I want my sandwich remade why would I come and drive all the way back to the store if it wasn’t what I asked for. She told me to call her supervisor because she doesn’t care. I said okay because the way she yelled at me and snapped was not customer service. A person like this should not be in customer service . This is ridiculous.

It really sucked. The lettuce was brown and when we said we wanted fresh they just mixed the new with the brown. Nasty. Lady who waited on us couldn’t even speak English. I got tuna and there was hardly anything on it. We won’t be going back. And I am spreading the word of how bad it was.

The two young ladies were working tonight at the National Road location in Richmond, IN were fantastic!! They were pleasant, polite, appeared happy to be working and to enjoy their jobs. Made great food as well. Nowadays this is very rare and it was very nice to see. Thank you ladies!

Well I got a hair with a cookie wrapped around it. It was baked into the cookie. When I complained, the “manager” said there was nothing he could do. Also every sandwich we ordered was completely wrong. Got a chicken sub with avocado, and it had steak and NO avocado. Both were upcharges. Again nothing they Could do.

You can’t see how fresh the food is Anymore, I ordered a meatball marinara, got to the end of the counter and there were two other people waiting with their food sitting at the end of the counter and the lady would not come over and ring us up, I waited five minutes before I left and left my food on the counter, Who wants their food to sit there for that long and then eat it after it’s soggy? unacceptable!

I just waited TWENTY minutes in their drive through with no one in front of me just to get home and see that they gave me a burnt sandwich… literally black. With such little veggies on it that i had to open it up and see if they put any on at all. The west side subway location is a much safer bet!

I pulled in the parking lot. It was clean without any debris. What’s yours? The windows were very clean. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door with my daughter. Will you picked our order up that we placed on the app. Sat down. My daughter enjoyed her meal and the employees were very professional. There was one girl in training and she was kind of nervous and I told her just be positive and act like you know what you’re doing and she had a very good trainer with her but I can’t say enough about this store. It is a model store I would say.
