Exceptional service! Team members were so kind and very respectful. Got my order right. Offered to grind my bag of coffee. I didn’t need this, but the kindness and sincerity on such a busy morning was appreciated. A very clean space, too! Plenty of parking nearby, in spite of construction.

I go to this location very often and have been dissatisfied quite often so I decided to leave a review today. I get a matcha latte hot and ask to have it stirred very well. Today I asked the same and even asked again if it had been done prior to leaving. As I’m drinking it down I noticed clumps in my mouth so I looked inside and this is what I saw, huge clumps of matcha . This is unacceptable especially when I ask specifically to have it stirred very well.

I’ve been to this location many times and finally deciding to post my experience. The caramel frap not good, they need to change barista, someone who can make w good drink worth the $7 I pay. I stopped going to this location.

Staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely be a good moods. The drinks were made to perfection. The shelves were empty of food. Bathroom was dirty. Paper straw is lame since it gets soggy before the drink is finished. Loved the doggie wall!
