Try this place today to see what’s the fuzz is about. Is 20 minutes from my house so I gave it a try. Staff is really nice, the girl that took my order was helpful (remind you, is my first time there). I order 6 piece boneless wing combo. Garlic parmesan & spicy Korean. I start with the seasoned fries. They were delicious BUT,,, I will make sure next time to order them WITHOUT the seasoning. They way WAY TOO salty for my taste. Also de garlic parmesan wings, WAY TOO SALTY. The spicy Korean wings were really good. And the RANCH dip people be saying is the best, well I think that’s true. Best ranch I have ever try. When it comes to the place, is in a good location, the floor, drinking station and tables can be more clean but overall I will try tenders next time. Wings are small. They looked like chicken nuggets. .

Really surprised at all the bad reviews. My son and I are obsessed with Wingstop and this location has been nothing but amazing, we’ve order here thru DoorDash, Grubhub, and directly online for pickup via their app and the food has always been perfect. If there’s a small wing in the batch they usually include an extra wing.

Smells horrible in there. Staff forever taking long to busy chasing each other in kitchen , the person running shift at the time Madeline in the back too busy texting in the back smiling instead of helping her coworker that kept calling her to help him with cash register . Alsoo I came a few days prior with a DoorDash order one of the employees looked on DoorDash cart & I was told it wasn’t finished waited 40 mins, other dashers showed up and waited for a long time as well. WHOLE time the orders were sitting on the DoorDash cart. Made all the dashers extremely late .

I’ve been to this new Wingstop location twice now, and overall, I’m really enjoying it! The first time I ordered, I was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes, but it ended up being a little over an hour. I didn’t mind too much since the restaurant had just opened, and I understand that the staff is still getting used to everything and working together. Plus, I did order 30 wings, so that probably contributed to the longer wait. Hopefully, as time goes on, they get more accustomed to handling orders efficiently so customers don’t have to wait as long.
That being said, the food is great! The wings are flavorful, and the fries are delicious. Despite the wait, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Looking forward to seeing this location improve with time!

Don’t eat here. 27 minutes to get 8 wings and 1 chicken sandwich with fries and drinks. The fries were under cooked. The chicken sandwich was rubbery, like it was freezer burned. Took 2 bites and threw it away. Sorry I wasted my money. I don’t expect this place to last.

This was me and my husbands first time at wingstop. We got the 15 piece meal deal for two and the wings and fries were amazing! Wings were nicely seasoned and tender. Fries were great! BUT, the only thing bad was we had to wait an hour for our food. We had noticed that people in line that was behind us when we placed our order, was getting their food first. It happened to me and a couple of other customers. They definitely need a better system of who places their order first, gets their food first then the people behind you in line. But I’m hoping they get better since they just opened! Overall, really good restaurant! Staff is hardworking and still getting into the swing of things!

First time at a Wingstop. I did a mobile order, I showed up early and it was ready. Maybe it helped that I ordered it for 7pm. Honestly the tenders were just okay, but the fries were excellent. Pleasant staff. Lots of people dining in. The fries are sweet and savory.

Just a heads up, expect to wait 40-50 minutes for a delivery less than 10 minutes from the store. Wait time surpassed the time stated in the confirmation page.

I ordered a delivery order tonight off the app. I scheduled it to be there at 4:30. They have delivery through DoorDash. I waited until 5:10 and realized my driver never made it to the store. I went to pick it up myself. I spoke to a manager named John. He was top notch. He refunded my delivery fee and tip. I was concerned because this Saturday we have my 50th and my hubby planned on ordering 100 wings to be delivered. I spoke with him about this. He gave me his personal cell and said if there is a problem, call or text him and he will make sure we get it, even if he had to have someone drive them here. Customer Service you don’t see to much from big chain places. John you’re doing a great job! Now door dash on the other hand customer service stinks
