We will never go back to this location. My husband went through the drive through. My sandwich, if you can call it that, was a mess. It looked like someone had eaten half of it. I was not eating that, I threw it in the trash. You can’t call them either. They don’t answer the phone. You can’t even leave them a message. I was not driving 25 miles back to Moncks Corner that night to take it back. I would have if we didn’t live so far. So needless to say we will never go back there.

We have been to this location multiple times and the last couple of times we have ordered Large fries and we only get half full. If it was the first time I would not mind as much but this is the second time. The reason we ordered large is because we wanted more fries. Just a little upsetting especially as someone who loves chik fil a and mainly their fries.

I went to the Chick fil A in Moncks Corner for lunch. I ordered a nugget meal and a salad for later. When I went to eat it for dinner, the lettuce was brown. I called the store and told them about. They told me to come by and I can get another one. I drove to the store and went inside. I waited a while before I was acknowledged. There was a girl not doing anything and playing with her hair. I waited til she noticed me bc I didn’t want to be perceived as rude. When she asked me if I needed help, I explained the situation. She looked at me like I was the crazy one. The she took it to her superior and they said they would make another one. Cool. I get to the car and look at the salad. The lettuce is a little less brown but still brown. I told myself to not get upset but the more I look at this salad, the more I get upset. I go to Chick fil A bc it’s fast and they usually have good customer service. I was not impressed with the customer service nor the quality of the food. And this store is not even that busy. The Summerville store handles much more volume and they get it right on the first try. Save yourself the time and just pass this store. Go to ANY of the other ones. The one on rivers is the best one. Their fries are always salted and the tea is sweet everytime!

As a DoorDash driver the food is expected to be ready at the designated time given to us. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location I wait 10-15 minutes past the pickup time it’s horrible.

Mobile ordered our food (also just and fyi both lanes are mobile and regular ordering) went through the drive thru and it was SLOW we figured it was because of the line but Chick-fil-A usually is pretty good about keeping the line me moving, or maybe something happened. When we finally got close enough to see what was going on the employees were making small talk with the customers. Don’t get me wrong, I like they talk to customers but, when you have a line wrapped and people waiting 15+ for food, and like eight orders just sitting on the drive thru counter waiting y’all got to do your job and get people their food. So of course my milkshake I paid $5 something for was melted and my fries tasted old. On top of that my husband works nights so he had to eat and run, we thought we were going to get our mobile order and be out in like 5-10 minutes, nope.

I gave 5 stars bc my door dash driver was really nice but come on chic fil a do better than this.. I ordered a large order and a berry parfait was one of the items I ordered I will be posting a Pic either here or to my fb of the one scoop of yogurt and 3 blueberries I received after paying almost $9.00 for it. The employees at this Chick-fil-a in Moncks Corner, SC were super friendly they may have forgot my fiancé’s order mixed up but still they did a wonderful job. Customer service and friendliness were on point. I’m definitely coming back there their baked Mac and cheese were so good. I know I should of been posted this awhile back when I was there but still service and the staff were great.
