Celebrated a friend’s birthday, we did the wine tasting then sat for food.
The waitress had ok service, I feel like personally it could’ve been better. She seemed like she was in a rush with everything and/or a rush for us to leave the facility.
The food overall was very good, tasty and came out hot. The prices are a bit on the high side.
The wine tasting was fun, the bartender who served us, an African American young Lady, she did an amazing job explaining each wine to us and kept us on track.

Went on a Friday for a 600p reservation. We shared a wine tasting prior to the same. The tasting area was very busy but we were able to find a spot. Went to our table a little bit after the alottrd time – thank you for being accomodating. Service with Augustine was fantastic and he gave great recommendations…. the blackened salmon sub for the chicken on the napa chicken salad was delish. We got the arancini and gnocchi alla vodka as well. Pretzel bread is always a win.

The wine selection is as extensive as you’d expect of a winery, and coming from Italy I can confirm that they are among the best out there. The food was equally impressive, done perfectly and loaded with flavor throughout. Was it expensive? Yes. But was it expensive for a very good reason, and worth it for a special night out? Absolutely. Highly recommend.

I dined at Cooper’s Hawk on Thanksgiving and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. I ordered the Thanksgiving prix fixe menu, which began with a velvety butternut squash soup. It was perfectly seasoned, rich without being heavy, and balanced with a subtle sweetness that set the tone for the rest of the meal.
The traditional Thanksgiving entrée was beautifully executed. The turkey was tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes creamy and buttery, and the stuffing tasted truly homemade. The cranberry sauce added a bright, tart contrast, and the carrots and green beans were cooked to that ideal point where they still had a slight bite! showing attention to technique rather than mass-holiday cooking shortcuts. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed, which is rare on such a busy holiday.
For dessert, the pumpkin pecan praline cheesecake was outstanding!! indulgent, perfectly spiced, and texturally balanced with the crunch of the praline topping.
Our server, whose name I regretfully forgot was exceptional. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind. Even on a packed holiday service, he carried himself with professionalism and warmth that elevated the experience.
Overall, Cooper’s Hawk delivered a refined Thanksgiving meal that exceeded expectations. The kitchen showed precision, the flavors were cohesive, and the service was top-tier. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This was our first visit and overall it was amazing. The food was yummy. The only complaint is my husband wishes he ordered more food before we left to continue our date night. Lol.
The service was great and timely. Our waitress was nice and attentive when necessary. She was also very informative of the menus and drinks.

Fantastic meal!! Our waiter Isaiah was amazing, and very accommodating for my daughters dietary needs. Gluten free gnocchi was amazing! We definitely will be back!

Made reservations month in advance only to sit in a half heated patio area between the drafty door, a dead plant, and a service table they use to scrape plates clean. Our patio table was gross and it was so cold the table next to us had their jackets on the whole dinner. I brought it up to a manager and was told it’s my fault I didn’t tell them earlier to move us. Worst atmosphere u could have for a dinner date. Their way of making it better was to take 10% off our bill. I had a better dinner date at Applebee’s then what this location calls okay. Worst $150 spent in a long time.

Don’t get the short rib “mac n cheese” cause it’s laughably bad and closer to soup than mac. Cmon. Adults made and served this to other adults. For almost $30. But the other dishes were adequate to good. Not sure we’ll be back though.

I took my wife out for date night at Cooper’s Hawk last night and we had a great time. We shared several happy hour appetizers with our favorites being the Shaved Prime Sliders and Crispy Barbacoa Quesadillas. She had a flight of red wine and I enjoyed a glass of their Barrel Reserve wine. Both the food and wine were delicious! We finished things off with an excellent Key Lime Pie.
Service was also excellent. We arrived a little earlier than our reservation but were taken care of without waiting and our host was able to have us seated quickly. Our waitress, Katrina S, and server, Lucas B, were very friendly and helpful! Our orders were taken promptly and the food was delivered to our table quickly. Both of them helped answer our questions and they made some great suggestions.
We sat at a cozy table for two in the main dining room. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The table was clean and just large enough to hold all our food while still making it intimate enough to be able to share our food with each other comfortably.
Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return. Recommended!

My wife and I went here for my birthday. Amazing food, atmosphere, drinks, and dessert. She got the shrimp and scallop risotto and raspberry sangria, I got the gnocchi a la vodka and PBJ old fashioned – all were so delicious! And with a chocolate peanut butter cookie and ice cream for dessert to round off the night. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk!
